Most mocks from people I think are good (and not the ESPN hype machine) have at least two qbs going in the top 15.Heretic;1828676 wrote:That's what I hate about this way-too-early mocks. You know that as the combines start, everyone will start jizzing about one quarterback or another and he'll jump up to a top-five slot on everyone's board. -

I agree. Erving is the problem with the o line. He's god awfulCommander of Awesome;1828696 wrote:I'm actually fine with our online. Tell Erving to GFH, slide Greco to center, Cooper at RG, Coleman/Drango/Paztor battle it out for RT. Groom one for LT. That's a great oline.

iclfan2Erving actually had a good game last week, but he has looked like a high schooler in other games. Have to just hope he is starting to turn the corner. Cooper is another one who finally looked good last week. Reiter looked good at center when he was in

Oh? -
iclfan2Didn't say he wasn't a dip shit some times, but he had some solid blocks and not falling over 5 yards behind the scrimmage. It's the fucking browns, small steps.

I think consistency is his main problem. He'll have one good play followed by 2 mediocre plays and one absolute WTFF play.iclfan2;1828725 wrote:Didn't say he wasn't a dip shit some times, but he had some solid blocks and not falling over 5 yards behind the scrimmage. saltoThe chance the Browns ...
- Win 3 games: 1 percent
- Win 2 games: 11 percent
- Win 1 game: 44 percent
- Win 0 games: 44 percent
18 percent chance of winning at Buffalo (13-point underdogs)
36 percent chance of winning at home vs. San Diego (5-point underdogs)
13 percent chance of winning at Pittsburgh (16-point underdogs)
Still hope! -
SonofanumpYep, I thought the home game versus San Diego might be the trap game to prevent the #1 pick.

WHY would any fan want them to win a game at this point?!? This baffles me. We lose the tie-breaker for #1 with 49ers. As long as they have 1 win...the Browns shouldn't win a game. Don't give me that moral victory stuff, they went all in with stripping the team to it's core to do just this...get the #1 pick and rebuild. Don't mess this up. Get the BPA which looks like Garrett, then go from there.salto;1828834 wrote:The chance the Browns ...

I think the Browns are in a fine position regardless of having the 1 vs 2 pick. Especially if the give them a top 10 pick. I want a win, because there are a lot of young guys on the team and it would be nice for them to know that they can actually win in this league. It's not the end of the world if they don't though.Benny The Jet;1828866 wrote:WHY would any fan want them to win a game at this point?!? This baffles me. We lose the tie-breaker for #1 with 49ers. I have a decent feeling that one of these QBs are going to drop to the 2nd round, and give the Browns a decent value pick. At this point I am sold on taking BPA. -

I do agree about the QB into the 2nd scenario. I feel like they may get trigger happy though and take a QB with that Eagles pick.like_that;1828876 wrote:I think the Browns are in a fine position regardless of having the 1 vs 2 pick. Who would you take #1 if they had it, also #2 if they didn't get the 1st (assuming Garrett goes #1)? -

Garret easily for #1. Not sure on #2, whoever the fuck the Browns have as their second best player on the board. I like Jonathan Allen. We need everything, but QB pressure is the worst.Benny The Jet;1828879 wrote:I do agree about the QB into the 2nd scenario. iclfan2I think hoping for one of the top 3 qbs to fall to the second is a terrible idea if they "really" want one. Settling for whoever is there is what gets us jack shit for 2 years and then a new qb. I especially don't want Watson. I'd be ok with Allen at 2 if we screw up and win a game. If they aren't sold on a qb then I am fine with bpa at all times

I agree with this. I do not want Watson though, he sucks and will be the guy that drops. Kizer, the UNC and the guy from Texas Tech will prob go first round.like_that;1828876 wrote:I think the Browns are in a fine position regardless of having the 1 vs 2 pick. SportsAndLadyI think we should take a QB with every pick in the draft, find out who the franchise QB is, and then go from there.

And Watson is like 6'2" 210. No thanks.Commander of Awesome;1828889 wrote:I agree with this. I do not want Watson though, he sucks and will be the guy that drops. Kizer, the UNC and the guy from Texas Tech will prob go first round. -

I think we should trade for Gino Smith.SportsAndLady;1828890 wrote:I think we should take a QB with every pick in the draft, find out who the franchise QB is, and then go from there.

Not sure who that is, but GENO smith sucks. But he's better than any QB we've ever drafted in this millennium.Commander of Awesome;1828897 wrote:I think we should trade for Gino Smith. -
iclfan2I'm hoping it was sarcasm that he would actually want to trade for him.

I believe Jackson knew this coming in, that is why there is little pressure regarding wins on him this year and next.Benny The Jet;1828866 wrote:Don't give me that moral victory stuff, they went all in with stripping the team to it's core to do just this...get the #1 pick and rebuild. iclfan2Rgiii is so terrible. He ran out of bounds behind the line of scrimmage to lose 4 yards instead of throwing it away. He has no brain
