Yinzers don't think rape is a crime.

Yeah, except that Rubin is actually better as a run stuffing NT than Rogers. I sincerely hope they keep Rubin as a starter and move Rogers to DE where he'd be a better pass rusher than our current DEs.

If they move Rubin out of the starting NT position, whoever does it should be fired immediately. Dude has the capability to be a young Jamal Williams/Casey Hampton type.

Just came down from the league office that Shaun Rogers has to be frisked before every game. hahahaaaaa.

And Goodell has also mandated that Maurkice Pouncey has to have a cork inserted into his ass to prevent "temptation" when TheRapist returns from suspension and is under center....hahahaaaa. See, anyone can look like a fucking idiot with minimal effort! Stupid fuck...

I don't know. To get to those levels of idiocy would have to be some sort of a struggle for anyone of at least average intelligence. At least with any consistency, like to where you'd have to stop and go back over your thoughts looking for ways to dumb them down a bit more.

The thing that cracks me up is that an hour had elapsed between the time I posted and the time he posted that. It actually took him THAT long to come up with that gem.

Which I wouldn't have a problem with if there was any legal proof rape was committed (in which case Ben would have more problems to deal with than just missing a few games). Instead, this comes off as one more example of Goodell's bizarrely inconsistent rulings. I have no problems with Ben's suspension for inappropriate conduct, but it'd be nice if the league office based its judgments on something more than Goodell's meth hallucinations.

Goodell was feeling heat from Sharpton, Jackson, and Wiggin. He had to come down hard on a white player. Enter Big Ben. Simple as that.

    sooooo...was hardesty injured or what?
  • grodt
He was but the severity is unknown at this point. He was in a knee brace and crutches after the game

Heard Hardesty looked good (didn't watch). Hopefully he doesn't turn into another Courtney Brown (tons of potential, always injured).

Even heard that Colt looked pretty good against the scrubs.
  • grodt
Yah Hardesty looked about as good as you can in 7 rushes. Every play he seemed to hit the hole hard and fall forward on contact.

Colt too showed improvement, going 13-13 on the night. James Davis, I believe, wrapped up a roster spot with about 90-100 yards rush/rec

I've heard rumblings that Hurtesdy will be IRed. He said he did something to his knee when planting and changing direction. He did not sound upbeat in his presser. However I yet to see him do something that Harrison, Hillis, or James Davis (who looked awesome) couldn't do. I could care less about Hardesty. We will be just fine without him imo.
  • BR1986FB
Yeah, wouldn't be surprised if Hardesty was done for the year. Plain Dealer also said McCoy may have broken a bone in his non-throwing hand.
  • iclfan2
Well that sucks. Hopefully Harrison and Hillis can do it. Can't wait for Tampa Bay.

That's convenient that they could IR them both.

Exactly! ;) That way Mangini gets to keep his boy Ratliff on the roster.

Torn ACL for Hardesty per Schefter tweet...
  • Art Modell
Big Ben will be back for the Oct17th game vs the Clowns. I feel sorry for you poor fucks. Gonna be an ass whipping. hahahaaaaa.

13-6...bitch. He'll get treated just like he treated that girl in Georgia...violated

Hardesty is indeed done. Not suprised. He was only able to stay healthy in college for 1 out of 5 years. What a dumbass pick, esp considering we traded 3 picks to move up and draft him.
