SportsAndLadyNice goal line stand

Ironman92I love how Harbaugh likes to go for it there, especially with a 3rd string QB awaiting failure.....but also loved his terrible play and execution lol

Iggy has his Voodoo doll of Pettine with 300+ needles in it right now....still working on the completion of his Shaw doll.SportsAndLady;1689884 wrote:Nice goal line stand -
se-alumPettine sabotaging Shaw by making Hawkins drop passes. Pettine is garbage.

Ironman92Drops and penalties/sacks allowed by oline are hurting
-
Ironman92Shaw moves well....not great accuracy on the move but extends plays well.

saltoThe announcers are really piling it on Johnny Fball. Good.

And Gannon gave props to Hoyer for helping Shaw along.salto;1689900 wrote:The announcers are really piling it on Johnny Fball. Good.
Probably a couple guys on suicide watch -

IQQY has moved on to wanting Farmer fired because Mitchell Schwartz is the right tackle...lol!Ironman92;1689903 wrote:And Gannon gave props to Hoyer for helping Shaw along.

like_thatGrossi is a fucking idiot for suggesting Pettine could be fired. In a meaningless game, they don't look like a group of guys who have given up on their coach.

vball10setI love pulling Iggy's chain.

Genius organizational moves there. I wish I wasn't so short sighted and saw things like you see them.Commander of Awesome;1689787 wrote:If they don't believe Gordon will turn it around (nothing makes me think he will) Id rather get a 3rd round now then nothing when he's suspended for the whole yr next season.
I'd rather Gordon get his act together and pwn for the browns though.friendfromlowry;1689801 wrote:I'd be more focused on trading Gordon, but Manziel is certainly heading down that path.
The BSPN article doesn't make it sound good:se-alum;1689810 wrote:I honestly don't care if either are on the roster next season. Strong organizations don't put up with this stuff. The Seahawks shipped Percy Harvin out for his attitude, and Belichick basically benched a guy that ran for 200yds and 4td's the game before he was late for a team meeting. Pettine seems like a no nonsense guy, and shouldn't be saddled with these guys we he's trying to change the culture. Gordon's probably trying to get released, and he'll get signed by someone, but Johnny might want to start brushing up on Canadian football rules.
Interesting that most everyone else agrees with me. Yes, it sucks that it appears Johnny and Gilbert were wasted first round picks (I am still holding out hope for Gilbert, but he's got a ton of growing up to do), and it blows that a player as talented as Gordon has put the organization in this position, but like others have said, GREAT FRANCHISES DON'T PUT UP WITH THIS CRAP.salto;1689815 wrote:The good Dr. is right in saying trade them but Gordon himself is easily worth a 2nd rd. pick. He can't make another pro bowl if he's not on the field. As for Johnny F-up, he's is not worth spit.
Manziel has been a huge problem all season. I didn't care for him coming into the draft, and now I despise him because he's bringing teammates down with him. Gordon is one strike away from being out of the league for good. The team has stuck by him, and he shoves it in their face by coming off his suspension out of shape, unfamiliar with the playbook, and missing team meetings. But you're right S & L, let's keep him around. He's a "me-first" loser. He's shown that what is on his agenda is more important to him than his career or his team, and a franchise trying to correct itself to return to relevance needs nothing to do with players like that, regardless of how talented they are. -
se-alumAmazing that Shaw hasn't had QB reps for 16 weeks, yet he looks far more prepared than Manziel did.

vball10setI think Joe Thomas has been flagged more this year than the previous seven combined. Tough year for our Oline.

Looks better than Hoyer too. Shocking that you didn't mention him.se-alum;1689919 wrote:Amazing that Shaw hasn't had QB reps for 16 weeks, yet he looks far more prepared than Manziel did. -
shook_17Trade Gordon both firsts for a QB. Cut Manziel problem solved. Manziel is bringing teammates down.
-
friendfromlowryYou guys might have something with Shaw. Hasnt looked too bad all things considered.

I said he looked more PREPARED than the guy that was the backup QB. It has nothing to do with Hoyer, which is why he wasn't mentioned.Rotinaj;1689924 wrote:Looks better than Hoyer too. Shocking that you didn't mention him. -
Crimson streakShaw still needs work but he's another hoyer. Can be a game manager but will never take you to the next level
