se-alumI like 'em. Orange pants/Brown Jersey is my favorite combo.
-
MulvaI hate the shadowing on the brown tops, but the brown/orange pants combo is still my favorite. White/brown pants probably number 2.

Just noticed the "Browns" down the side of the leg. That's pretty cool. As a side note, you could pick your teeth with scrawny ass Mingo.
-
iclfan2I love the "Cleveland" on the front and Browns on the pants. They resemble the leaks but look much better put together.
-
wildcats20It seems like the leaked photos are the very bottom line replica ones. I have no idea what Nike calls them nowadays, but I think they were the ones that have nothing stitched on(all screen printed).

DeyDurkie5Of course COA is the only one who wouldn't send a first for rivers.

Classyposter58Was gonna reply earlier about spread QBs being drafted. Brees, Roethlisberger, Newton all seem to be pretty good and all ran the spread in college

cat_loverI like the new uni's. Cleveland on the jersey and Browns and the stripe down the pants are a nice touch. I would give up a first rounder for Rivers. They haven't exactly set the world on fire with their recent first round picks.

Right but I'm not the grown man using lolfail on a message board when having a discussion. But hey, let's continue to draft linemen to stop the run. It's helped us out so much!Commander of Awesome;1721522 wrote:Old, already QQing about an hour drive, wants a new contract, etc..... In reality, with those picks we need to draft immediate starters. It could be a wr, a rb, a lb, a dl, an ol, qb. Whatever the pick is it needs to be two starters out of that first round. Yeah stopping the run is great, but two first round picks should yield two immediate starters. End of discussion. -

We haven't drafted a dline player other than Phil fucking Taylor to stop the run since 1999 and idiot Big Waste of Money Warren. Stop the run, we can win. Don't stop the run? Good luck winning like the falcons did.DeyDurkie5;1721531 wrote:Right but I'm not the grown man using lolfail on a message board when having a discussion. The road to wins is out there, you pick it up, it's yours. You don't--I have no sympathy for you, durkie. You wanna go out and win? Stop the run. If not you're going to be shining my shoes.
Stopping the run is for closers only. -

What the hell did you just say? Starters is what we need. Doesn't matter where. And this is the problem. As was mentioned, Browns' GM's haven't exactly been "setting the world on fire" with their recent 1st rounders. Hell, since 1999, I think the only "keepers" drafted in the 1st were JT, Mack & Haden. That's a piss poor track record.DeyDurkie5;1721536 wrote:What the hell did you just say? You are RIGHT. The 1st rounders NEED to be starters and I don't have the confidence in any Browns GM to get those starters. Farmer seems to be great at finding hidden "gem" UDFA's and snagging talent later in the draft though. If Rivers is available, he's a proven commodity. You make that deal. -

Third place is your team's coach and gm are fired..... and they start over.Commander of Awesome;1721534 wrote:We haven't drafted a dline player other than Phil fucking Taylor to stop the run since 1999 and idiot Big Waste of Money Warren. Pick6Love the new Uni's. Ruiter should have media rights revoked for confirming the leak.
As for stopping the run. Would have swore the Browns had a top 10 rush D a few years ago but it looks like that was total D. -

You think so? I figured it would at least be 4 months. They have to buy the jerseys in order to replicate them lol.lhslep134;1721478 wrote:I'll be keeping my eye out. My prediction is < 2.5 weeks -

BR has convinced me. We should trade every 1st round pick from here out. Hell trade our2026 1st round pick now for another 33 yr old player, maybe a wr or a rb to go along with our 33/36 yr old qb we just gave the farm to get plus a fat new contract to appease the lil QQer?BR1986FB;1721537 wrote:And this is the problem. I think under normal circumstances it would be dumb. Don't know what Rivers contract length is, but a few years of competent play at the QB position, which most likely means playoffs, would be refreshing. Especially when history shows the 1st round pick will most likely be underwhelming.Commander of Awesome;1721555 wrote:BR has convinced me. We should trade every 1st round pick from here out. Commander of AwesomeAndrew Brandt & Ross Tucker on potential Phillip Rivers trade: http://www.rosstucker.com/wp/podcasts/ross-tucker-football-podcast/
Both are against the trade. Interesting fact, Phillip Rivers wants to go to the titans. -

Who said "trade every 1st round pick from here out?" They NEED A QB.Commander of Awesome;1721555 wrote:BR has convinced me. We should trade every 1st round pick from here out. YES, I want them to play defense but an elite QB can overcome a lot of warts on a team. They haven't had a respectable QB since Kosar.
Let's see if I can make an asinine/carte blanche type assumption...."COA has convinced me.....we should just use all of our 1st rounders, from here on out to draft D-Lineman so they can stop the run." They won't score on offense but boy will they stop the run.
It's a helluva lot tougher to find an elite QB than it is to find a stud D-Lineman.
Enjoy the QB YOU were "QQing" about, Josh McCown with his 11 TD's and 14 INT's while the Browns continue to languish in the AFC North cellar.
