Commander of AwesomeHey BSPN, GFY
8. “If I’m the first big down the floor, with my ability to post up, there’s no point in me running out to the 3-point line,” Love said. He has made a greater effort in getting easy touches in transition, but he even posted up a couple of times tonight and went to work from the elbow, which was his sweet spot in years past.
9. “Kevin was terrific,” Blatt said. “I thought we were able to mix it up for him inside and outside and he responded beautifully. He really worked hard to get to his spots on the floor.”
10. Love’s numbers on two days’ rest are significantly better than with one day or the second of a back-to-back. He’s averaging 22.4 points and shooting 58 percent with two days in between games and he’s a plus-16 on the court. With one day off he’s averaging 15.3 points and shooting 42 percent and on the second night of a back-to-back he’s averaging 16.7 points and shooting 38 percent. Luckily, the Cavs will always have at least one day off between games in the postseason.
11. The Love/LeBron stuff has been beat to death so I won’t pile on. But after the scrum departed, I told Love “Imagine how good you guys would be if you were best friends” and he cracked up. He gets it.

FootwedgeDellavadova has been lights out the last 2 games. Pinch me. Note to Blatt...keep Love on the frickin court in crunch time. Wasn't a fan of Love chucking 3's but he is now playing like an All Star should. Contrary to the peanut crowd's opinion here, he is doing great work in the paint...where he should spend most of his time. Blatt is finally listening to my postings.

Commander of AwesomeGod damn it buttwedge, now it's written in the stars that delly will start/continue to suck ass and Love will start chucking. first rule of OC, you're always wrong.
Thanks dick face /pick6faketoughguy -
SonofanumpI did not see Lloyd Free mentions in anyone's top 5 list...
Greatest ball chucker ever. -

Free is one of my all-time favorites. The arch on his shot was ridiculous.Sonofanump;1716366 wrote:I did not see Lloyd Free mentions in anyone's top 5 list...

As far as my favorites, it would probably include Mark Price, Bingo Smith, Campy Russell & Austin Carr.
One of my more obscure favorites was Elmore Smith. Dude was a shot blocking machine. "Elmore the Rejector" still holds the NBA record for 17 blocks in a game. The Cavs didn't get him until the last 3 years of his career. -

Good Lord sweetcheeks...go down to Wallgreens and get some cream for your itchy vag. BTW...I'm right more often than most here...proven...over a large sample size.Commander of Awesome;1716359 wrote:God damn it buttwedge, now it's written in the stars that delly will start/continue to suck ass and Love will start chucking. first rule of OC, you're always wrong.

And someone has reached the Tiernan level of sad self-parody.Footwedge;1716358 wrote:Dellavadova has been lights out the last 2 games. Pinch me. But he's already surpassed Tiernan in terms of just being a sad, pathetic human being. When you're arguing against mathematics, as he did with both percentiles and percentage increases, you are beyond repair.Heretic;1716435 wrote:And someone has reached the Tiernan level of sad self-parody. -

And just the things he argues and how he never can admit he's just being fucking stupid. If he was a pro poker player, he'd be the guy betting on a 3-2 because he thinks he'll get a straight...and would never fold despite none of the remaining cards helping him in any way. It'd end with him going all-in and then getting pissed at the dealer and whomever took the pot.lhslep134;1716438 wrote:But he's already surpassed Tiernan in terms of just being a sad, pathetic human being. thavoiceAs much as I hate to say it, if they havent already peaked I think the Cavs will be in the finals with a chance to win it all. The west will beat themselves silly in the playoffs.

Great analogy: the card player who is either too stupid or too stubborn to admit to their indefensible moves. It fits nicely with FW.Heretic;1716443 wrote:And just the things he argues and how he never can admit he's just being fucking stupid. It's good stuff. Would welcome that type of perspective re: the Browns. Unfortunately there's no accountability in sports media, there was no consequence for being wrong. So now they continue to say shit and don't care if they're correct. It's fucking annoying.lhslep134;1716470 wrote:Still haven't read it yet, it's in my queue I'll probably get to it today; I just wanted to share. -

Which makes you wonder how Jason LaCanfora still has a job. He used to be solid before he got in bed with Mike Lombardi but ever since that alliance, he's been very bitter towards his coverage of the Browns.Commander of Awesome;1716478 wrote:It's good stuff. The Cavs are simply the best team in the NBA right now. I don't know what team can beat them in a 7 game series, maybe GSW but I doubt it.Crimson streak;1716483 wrote:Not sure if it's been mentioned but the cavs are 14-1 against the west in their last 15 games. But the west is so unbeatable lol

No disrespect to you but this is just an example of a "journalist" getting wind of a potential "story" and putting his own spin on it and running with it.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1716507 wrote:Gosh, these people are freaking annoying!

Poor timing too as it was before last night's game.BR1986FB;1716516 wrote:No disrespect to you but this is just an example of a "journalist" getting wind of a potential "story" and putting his own spin on it and running with it. -
Dr. KnOiTaLL
None taken, I'm well aware these d-bags are just giving their take on the "hot topic." I just get sick of these so-called professionals being allowed to spew this BS constantly without having any factual basis whatsoever. We're constantly getting bludgeoned and badgered. Heck, even when our team's are good, they find a way to cast us in a negative light. All media members are spawn of satan in my book. F em all.BR1986FB;1716516 wrote:No disrespect to you but this is just an example of a "journalist" getting wind of a potential "story" and putting his own spin on it and running with it. -
Dr. KnOiTaLLPoor coaching that entire game, IMO. How in the world do you let Brook Lopez dominate and be the difference-maker in the game and decide to sit Mozgov? Just ridiculous for us to leave our small lineup on the court the entire second half while Lopez owned at both ends of the floor.
