Cleveland Cavaliers Offseason 2014

jordo212000All the goodwill Lebron has built back up will quickly go away if he returns to the Heat. He'll be back to being public enemy #1. It would be pretty messed up to use the Cavs as a pawn to get what he wants in Miami

That damn snake Pat Riley always makes me nervous. That fucker seemingly can talk anyone into anything. It's positive that there was no agreement tonight, but if Riley reenters the picture Cleveland's fucked.SportsAndLady;1634459 wrote:Damnit Lebron don't be a fucker -
Commander of AwesomeCleveland has wiggins and full of young talent. Not fucked either way. Riley is a snake though.

I meant fucked in the LeBron sweepstakes, not in general... sorry I wasn't completely clear.Commander of Awesome;1634468 wrote:Cleveland has wiggins and full of young talent. Not fucked either way. Riley is a snake though. -
Benny The JetIf he chooses the Heat, he'll regret the decision within a year. Cavs have a younger group being assembled than the Heat will have

Lovejoy1984Broussard tweeted Lebron won't meet with anymore teams, and that he will talk with family, and make choice.

How can anyone seriously argue that the Heat's roster is still superior. Looking at the two rosters, Kyrie is the second best player. Not to mention, Wade continues to get older and additionally, more unreliable. Bosh is solid, but McRoberts and Granger? I'll take TT, Varejao, Dion, Wiggins, and Bennett any day of the week. With that said, I thought I'd add that Skip Bayless is a jackass.Benny The Jet;1634478 wrote:If he chooses the Heat, he'll regret the decision within a year. Classyposter58One may think too that Lebron coming in could ease lockerroom tensions. I think the big thing between Waiters and Irving is that neither is a true team leader right now while Lebron is and that may help gel things a bit

As much as I dislike the guy, how does he become "public enemy #1?"jordo212000;1634465 wrote:All the goodwill Lebron has built back up will quickly go away if he returns to the Heat. All of this speculation has been built up by the media and wishful fans. Nowhere has Lebron James come out and said "I'm interested in Cleveland" to build up anyones hopes. This may be fans getting all worked up over nothing and Cleveland may have never really been a serious option (assuming he doesn't sign). -

To an extent. But the fact that his AGENT has been telling the Cavs all along that they are serious contenders and that they need to clear cap space, etc, has contributed to the hype of the media and fans. If his agent hadn't said any of that, we'd literally have no indication of a possible return. That information, however, has given Cleveland fans and media hope of a return. I don't think that can be blamed on the fans, because it was contrived as a result of the news of mutual interest stemming from his agent, Rich Paul.vball10set;1634512 wrote:This, in a nutshell. -

BR1986FBFWIW....Screamin A. Smith said that his sources are telling him it's Cleveland, that LBJ told Wade at dinner the other night and that he told Riley yesterday afternoon.
