Spare the homeless. I can think of some worthless white trash welfare fraud recipients we could do without though. I can hook you up with one of them.SportsAndLady;1634339 wrote:I swear to god if he comes out of this meeting with a contract with Miami I'm going to kill a homeless person -

Dr. KnOiTaLLlulz... some guy just tweeted that the meeting is going to be LeBron going in to ask for a sign and trade.
I'm sure Riley would jump right on that lol -

LeBron agreed to a sign and trade.Laley23;1634345 wrote:The Cavs did...lol
He could have, and very well should have, just signed with Miami. He didn't have to agree to a S&T. He actually helped the Cavs. -

This is why I haven't got my hopes up with all this speculation. Being butturt is not fun.Commander of Awesome;1634349 wrote:I can't wait to get on twitter and read all the butthurt QQing when lbj goes back to Miami. -

The S&T also helped Lebron and the Heat too because it allowed Lebron to sign for more years.wildcats20;1634350 wrote:LeBron agreed to a sign and trade.

Right. But it's not like the Cavs were dumb in doing it, which is what the original post seemed to be saying.sleeper;1634353 wrote:The S&T also helped Lebron and the Heat too because it allowed Lebron to sign for more years. -

Well yeah. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the Cavs made a S&T with Miami as its not like the Cavs would have to give up a whole lot.wildcats20;1634354 wrote:Right. But it's not like the Cavs were dumb in doing it, which is what the original post seemed to be saying. -
Dr. KnOiTaLL
I'm asking because I haven't ever taken the time to understand how the salary cap works... How would that benefit Cleveland aside from getting LeBron back? Longer contract, cap space, etc? Again, asking because I don't know how it all works...sleeper;1634357 wrote:Well yeah. Dr. KnOiTaLLAlso, could the Cavs sign and trade Deng in a deal for Love?
-

I'm not an expert in all the benefits, but Lebron would get more years and more money if the Heat signed and traded him instead of the Cavs just signing him outright.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1634359 wrote:I'm asking because I haven't ever taken the time to understand how the salary cap works...
