Bengals signed Burfict to a 4yr/20M deal. Pretty good deal for both.

    5'8" 173 lol

Not enough time for the league to come down before week 1?? I'm guessing a 2-4 game suspension is coming eventually.
  • thavoice
Fning idiots. It will take awhile I presume for them to get suspended.
Rapistberger has been advocating and pushing for Haley to run the no huddle much more often than a year ago and this very well could play right into those hands.

That is a fucking joke and the season ticket holders just have to bend over and take it!
Buddy of mine with bengal season tickets can hardly give his away for preseason. He tries to sell his lower bowl 4 seats, and a parking pass, for $100 and rarely can get that. Think he got $50 this weekend.
One of the reasons I stopped going in on steeler season tickets was the raping we take for those preseason games. Now I just got a few times a year when my brother's company gives him free tickets to the game but still.....full price for preseason games is a joke....and they will keep it that way until the base subsides which isnt happening any time soon

    LOL, the Ravens at #5?

Forbes Magazine says the 'Best Fans in the NFL' belong to the Green Bay Packers.

    Top 5:
    1. Green Bay Packers ...
    2. Denver Broncos
    3. New Orleans Saints
    4. New England Patriots
    5. Baltimore Ravens

Haha I was just gonna post the ESPN article about this. I agree I laughed at the Ravens being #5. They were the only team in the top 10 I really didn't agree with.

Did they say how this was tabulated?

I would have to say Browns (always show up and have allthose browns backers clubs), Steelers (fans all over the place and invade visiting stadiums) , Packers, maybe the broncos are the top 4 in no particular order.

No idea. I'd pretty much agree with your list and I have no beef with them tabbing the Packers at #1.

LOL at all the teams in this top 5, minus the packers. Especially the pats. When their time comes to an end they will be nowhere to be found. Ask any pats fan who was the winning QB for their 2003 AFC championship title, and 90% will tell you Tom Brady LOLFAIL.

I know, I know. I did something to my settings that won't allow me to post pics like that. I've known how to post them for awhile, but I did something that prevents it now.

Packers Broncos and Saints are all probably top 5. Packers are an obvious choice. The Broncos have a season ticket waiting list almost 40,000 people long and tickets are very hard to come by with outrageous scalper prices. BTW this all goes back to before Manning so it's not like it's a recent thing.

I travel to New Orleans pretty much every year. I can say since Katrina the city has changed. The people there now have so much more pride in their city and their ability to come back. The face of that pride has become the Saints to them. I don't think I've walked downtown without seeing Saints gear every 50 feet in a long time.

If I was making the list I would add Pittsburgh (Maybe their fans really bailed last season), Dallas, and Philly to the list of the best.
  • sportchampps
Kansas City also has good fans

Skeptical on Pittsburgh. They lose two games in a row and most of their fans bail, calling for Tomlin to be fired or calling him a "token" hire, Roethlisberger's washed up, yada, yada, yada.....

Not saying Steeler fans here on the OC are fickle but when the local "fans" see a losing streak, you can find their face on a milk carton.

I base the steelers on the list soley because of the amount of fans they have at many away games.
At steelers games you dont see many opposing teams jerseys, but when I have went on the road to Indy, Cincy, Cleveland and Tennessee for steelers games they had a very, very good following.
I only went to 2 steelers games last year, 1 home and then the MNF in Cincy, which is a little less than normal (usually make any home playoff game) but yeah...their home attendance wasnt that great although they still sold out each game. Buddy just got notice this summer he is close for season tix in the new addition they are putting up in the open endzone and he had been waiting since the late 90's. WHen my other friend got his he was on the waiting list for 12+ years.

Don't forget Seattle, the fans that cause earthquakes in their region during home games, lol.

Yeah, but they've only been "fans" since Pete Carroll's been there. ;)

Not questioning that they have a lot of fans but I will say this....we've been hitting casinos in WV, Pittsburgh & Erie for almost two years now. Those, for the most part, are considered Steeler "territory" with maybe the exception of Erie being heavily weighted toward Bills fans. A

t the beginning of the year, those joints are infested with Steelers gear, t-shirts, jerseys, the whole enchillada. By week 4, last year, NOTHING. All of the gear was gone but when they started to make a run towards the end of the year it magically reappeared. This wasn't an anomaly because we hit the casinos a lot on game day. The year before wasn't much better.
