    The fate of Josh Gordon will be known any day.The
    Browns are expecting the worst – an indefinite suspension with a chance to apply
    for reinstatement after one year. The coaches look at Gordon performing at OTAs,
    marvel at his smoothness and phenomenal athleticism, and consider him a player
    simply unavailable in 2014 – same as one with a torn ACL or other season-ending
    injury. Despite the prevailing fan sentiment to cut ties with Gordon, the Browns
    have no inclination to do anything rash.

    There are a lot of people who want him gone but, as been mentioned, what would be the point? I wouldn't give the guy a contract when his expires unless he really cleans up his act and it would be heavily incentive laden.

    "Hype" may be an exaggeration, but people still expect him to contribute at WR which simply is not going to happen at least on a consistent basis.

    Same. I've never read or heard anyone say they expect more than 500 yds from Benjamin in a season. More about how he's a good punt returner, which he is when healthy.

    LOL, so two OFFSEASON articles where the Cleveland media goes out of its way to write individual pieces in order to get the fan base excited is your best shot at this? Just off the top of my head, this is some of the stupid shit I read from the Cleveland media during "feel good season" (off season):

    -Pat Shurmur showing poise to be a good HC (LOL).
    -Weeden making progress to be a good NFL starter.
    -Trent Richardson ready for a break out year
    -Peyton Hillis ready to be a star
    -Colt McCoy is hard working, and will be great for the browns
    -Robiskie is looking great in training camp /everytrainingcamp
    -Chud and his coaching staff are great!
    -Cribbs primed to contribute at WR
    -Greg Little will be much improved in year 3
    -This wasn't during the off season, but MK last year during the bye said the Browns were the best team in the AFC North LOL.

    That is just off the top of my head. I am sure we can go back and look at plenty of offseason articles and LOL at them. Also, the fact you posted those links after you back pedaled from "hype" leads me to believe you were reaching hard for those articles after being butt hurt. So actually, you can go fuck yourself.

    Not to mention that, but no article said they expect Benjamin to be a top 20 WR, crushing it I'm fantasy. They were articles about how he's trying to even get on the fucking field as a WR

    Laugh all you want, but given the stable of washed up/injury prone receivers this team has, Benjamin could have a huge year...if he stays healthy. Who else can stretch the field and get open?

    Anybody that can impersonate Greg Pruitt returning punts/kicks like he does has a chance to be studly.

    I also think Dion Lewis will be the starting running back and I don't think Tate will play much.
