Wow. Not good. I guess we don't need to worry about what to do with Ubaldo/Salazar for a little bit.

Masterson worked out of quite the jam in the 2nd. Hopefully he settles in but he throwing a ton of pitches. Unless he gets a couple quick innings he is looking at 6...7 max tonight.

And earlier today Tito was saying he hoped he had a long outing tonight. Also that CP was unavailable....thank you

GD it! I feel like it's déjà vu all over again.

    This is pathetic

I like that the shitty players on Detroit are the ones that kill us....lol.
  • Con_Alma
Detroit simply has more talent on their roster. This is a Wolrd Series constructed roster when Peralta gets back.
  • Con_Alma
Verlander has Kipnis' number tonight. Cabrera's got to get these two in.

even shitty teams beat do better than 3-11 against good teams. This is choking...I don't care who the better team is.
  • Con_Alma
Choke or not.... Detroit is the better team. The INdians just aren't there yet...not many teams are. Detroit with their starting pitching combined with the meat of their line-up can win it all.

Can? Maybe. Will they? Hell no.

I bet "moonpie" plays a factor in the playoffs.

    I don't use them.
  • wes_mantooth
I don't know about winning it all...they really folded under pressure last year. They are as talented as anyone though
  • Laley23
I highly doubt Peralta ever suits up for the Tigers again.

    My point exactly.

    I agree with this.
  • Con_Alma
Verlander's curve has gotten better as the game has went on.

The INdians need to get to the bull-pen in a hurry.
  • iclfan2
Kluber supposedly gonna be out 4-6 weeks. Ugh, not looking pretty

    Well...I think we saw

    Sigh.

Good news...we have a guy making his 2nd career start vs the hottest pitcher in baseball in the 2nd half. Don't worry...the next night we face the likely Cy Young winner. These were the two we had to have.
