Don't start your shit TS. You guys just don't get it.

Back on topic, HATE that Lombardi's name is being thrown around, much rather... anyone else.

Also what I meant to say in my last post. I honestly think Haslam and Banner, even though they won't come out and say it, were looking for a head coach to fit to Weedens skill set (for now) Richardsons skill set, along with somebody to get our big physical wide outs involved. I mean lets be honest there are no qbs worth a top 15 pick at best, there are zero FA qbs that will do shit.

I do believe with Chud and Norv Weeden can develop a lot better under these two than Shurmurs two yard routes.

Now que S&L to trash Weeden.

    3....2.....1.... GO

The only worse candidate would be Matt Millen.

So is Chud going to be like GM too? With total control over his players? If so this should be interesting. I'm a firm believer in you need a rock solid GM. Let the coach, coach and GM handle that shit. Yes coach should have say in the roster but with that being said we need a GM

Matt Millen, and myself, laugh at this. Millen sucked but Lombardi is hot garbage. Two words..."Jamarcus" and "Russell." Dude is an abortion when it comes to talent evaluation.

Chud and Norv would bring a downfield passing game. Weeden has a big arm. Lets use free agency this year: Imagine a 4 wide out set with Wallace Gordon Little and Ogletree.

^^ I could definitely see the Browns targeting Wallace with Haslam being around him for a few years. Doubt they snag two FA wide outs. But a line up with Gordon Little and Wallace with Richardson in the backfield gives me a hard on

I think Travis Benjamin will be in the mix. Keep in mind, Steve Smith isn't all that big himself.

Levitre will be highly coveted and they may have a better shot to land Schwartz with him being able to play next to his younger brother (Mitchell) on the right side. Plus he's young at 26.
I would love to see them plug Geoff Schwartz at OG. I could play QB behind that line.

I didn't hear rumors of Romeo as DC till I logged onto this page. I have heard Mel Tucker DC rumor though.

I think it all still depends on who's Dick Jauran...

According to Chud either 3-4 or 4-3 is not set in stone. Depends on who he can get on his staff. IMHO he should just keep Jauron and the 4-3. But Chud did say he wants a attacking defense and that is the complete opposite of Jauron.. So he is probably gone.

Attacking, imo, means a 3-4 where you send the LB's. You can run an attacking 4-3 (ala the NYG's) but you're typically going to need an exception front four for that.

I don't think switching to the 3-4 will be that big of an adjustment as most people think. As long as we fill some more lb and d line depth through the draft and FA, we should be alright

Dick Juaran isn't actually blocked, that's your own personal setting to have expletives/vulgarity blocked. On top right hand of screen, click on Settings. Then on left hand side there should be a box "My Settings." Under that click "General Settings" which is about halfway down the box. Once on that page, near the bottom is a feature of "Profanity Filter," switch that from "on" to "off" if you don't want that feature.

Now, ***** (Time Teabow) was permanently blocked because a poster, SpeedofSand was constantly just bringing up Tim ***** in threads that weren't even remotely relevant just to troll.

Posted on the NFL thread that Shurmur is up for the offensive coordinator job (Chud's old job) in Carolina. Cam Newton should be nervous.
