Tim Tebow has a winning record as an NFL QB and has won a playoff game....why don't we get him ! :(

Yuo know who doesn't have a winning record and is a top 10 player in the NFL? Joe GOAThomas.

Craig Krenzel on the other hand. Winning record as a starting QB. Coincidence? I think not. The PWNhio State University.

Unfortunately, none of the Buckeyes QB's ever amount to a squirt of piss in the NFL. :(

Tebow can't throw the ball. At least Troy can complete a pass longer than 5 yards.

Debateable and it still doesn't make Smith an NFL starter.

If TWHPIH is named the Browns QB my < 6 wins bet is a lock! Hope they do it.

Tom Tupa had a nice long career

    LOL....yeah, as a punter.

Believe me, I'd love to see OSU turn into "QB University" but it just hasn't happened.

Saw on OBR that the 9ers offer was Hunter and a 2nd round pick for Gordon. Glad we didn't do that deal. That 2nd round pick would basically be a 3rd round.

I would be absolutely furious if they traded Cameron. No way they do it.

Yea, that would be BS. Young quarterbacks need established weapons to succeed. Gordon and Cameron can be those weapons for our new QB.

Sad to think where this team would've been had we had competent QB play like yesterday...5-3, at worst. More likely 6-2. smdh

How sad is it that they kept running Weeden out there though...it is obvious that they had other options.

In hindsight, it's making the front office look kind of stupid. The order looks like it should've been 1) Hoyer 2) Campbell 3) Weeden yet they had it completely backwards. If Chud was pushing for Weeden then a lot of the blame is on him but I get the feeling that this is more Banner's doing than anyone else. I know it wasn't Lombardi pushing for Weeden to start. LOL

Hoyer missed 75% of the preseason. It's obvious by their jumping of Campbell they knew he was the guy when ready.

I don't believe this at all. This is banners fault? Cmon

I am thinking it was Chud and Norv, but who knows. I can see Norv falling in love with his big arm and thinking he can make him smart enough to be the QB.

Norv doesn't pick the QB. My guess is that Chud has to get any "blessing" from above before he selects his QB.

    I highly doubt this.

Yeah, where is this even coming from? Weeden was a first round pick a year ago. The coaching staff and front office had to give him a chance and see if he's any good. I'm sure they also knew from practices that hoyer was pretty good and they more than likely would have went to him after the first few games but weedens injury took care of that.
  • SportsAndLady
Hell even I said to start weeden at the beginning of the season. One more chance, kind of thing.

    Benjamin torn ACL.

Chud did say Joe Haden will be considered as a punt returner.

    Just say no.
