  Teams can start signing players UFA's and signing RFA's to offer sheets on July 11. Teams have three days(I think w/old CBA it was 10 days) to match once their RFA is signed to an offer sheet. So for the next 10 days it will be rumors, rumors and more rumors.

  Howard is a beast but as I have said before I just think there is something missing and I like Bynum a tad bit more.
