It's elementary basketball but no one seems to know it or cares about it anymore. Hell 90% of people on this thread think it's great what Westbrook is doing. It's just the state of basketball now and it's degredation.

And you should always use correct punctuation if you're correcting someone's grammar. It loses it's edge if you don't.

There's plenty of guys on that team that can score if given open looks and more of them. You don't get open looks when your pg is shooting 32 times without a single pass. Your other scorers can never get in a game when your pg is shooting 32 times. You're giving the other teams offense more shots when your pg is shooting 32 times. They don't need Westbrook to shoot it 32 times and score 43 pts. Westbrook needs that b/c that's his game.
Is Chalmers a point guard? Did he score too many points last night also?

Not a PG in the traditional sense, but Miami was running their sets and moving the ball.

Chalmers scored off of passes from Wade and LeBron after they drove or posted up. Not close to how westbrook dominated the ball.

Chalmers shot it 15 times .. Both Wade and Lebron shot it more and Bosh shot it only two less times. If Chalmers shot it 30+ times the Heat lose easily. I'm not even sure if I was supposed to take that question seriously?

And let's not pretend like Mario Chalmers in a prototypical pg.. he's whatever Lebron and Wade let him be.

One more win and this board is about to get a whole lot more interesting.

What do you mean by interesting? Won't change the fact LeBron is a cry baby who quit on his team in Cleveland. All this spectacle to move to Miami, claims he'll get 8 rings, and he's struggling to get 1. The sense of entitlement is ridiculous. If he worked hard, he'd probably have won a ring by now.

Lebron getting a ring doesn't change anything. He's still the best player I've seen play and he's still a massive DBAG.

2 finals appearances in 2 seasons and currently up 3-1. That's struggling?

Look at the production from his teammates compared to his recent playoff failure in Cleveland.

Lebron is by far the most athletically gifted player I've ever seen, but Jordans basketball acumen was light years ahead of Brons. So was his work ethic and drive.

I saw Jordan play, so I don't 100% agree, but I 90% agree, because he is the best player in the NBA, but also a massive DBAG to say the least.

I saw Jordan play as well. I also saw Jordan do what he did against a bunch of white guys who didn't play defense.

Lebron averages 40ppg in Jordan's NBA.

Just so I'm up to date, still no sign of SQQ?

Like others have said, this doesn't really change much(assuming the Heat win.) Lebron was, and still is the best player in the NBA. But he's also a massive tool for the way he handled his departure from Cleveland.

What will be interesting, is how long it will take before Durant starts getting the short end of the stick from the media? They came up short against Dallas last year and appear close to doing the same against a Miami team they were favored to beat. If they come up short again next year, all of a sudden Durant is a ring-less 25 year old scorer who isn't great at any other aspect of basketball.

They win the title and he'll be here. Pretty sure it was him I saw on one of my Facebooks friends' feed making fun of all of the "Ohio Chatter losers." SMH

Hard to get hot when your pg is chucking it 32 times and your looks are minimal.
Without Westbrook the Heat win by 20. He single handedly kept them in the game and shot a damn good percentage with few turnovers. It wasnt like he was taking bad shots

Also you do know they have a much better record when Westbrook is the teams leading shot taker right?

He shot much higher than he usually does and they still lost.

When the fuck isn't he? So far this series he's been their leading shot taker except one game and that game he had 1 shot less than Durant. By your logic the series should be reversed.

Zwick, do us all a favor and stick to talking about your Mustang or whatever.

Thunder: 27-15 when Durant takes the most shots, 27-9 when Westbrook takes the most shots.
20-32 is pretty fucking good. So, you mean if he passed the ball and Ibaka shot 4-9 that would have been better? Last I checked 62.5% is a pretty fucking good shot percentage. Chances are nobody on the Thunder would have shot that well if Westbrook would have passed more. Not to mention, you forget about all the time Westbrook IS playing the 2 guard when Fisher or Harden is in there with him, which is pretty often.

Shame on him for shooting <62% and shooting during a fast break.smh
