Not a good sign for Tebow.
That was mainly Warren Sapp leading that charge. He'd know about being old and slow..... -

I see. Ryan Clark said almost the same exact thing you posted earlier tonight on Twitter. -

That's really without a healthy Harrison and Woodley at the same time.GoPens;1035868 wrote:Remember after the first Baltimore game and all the "experts" said that the Steelers defense was too old and too slow?? That old, slow defense once again finished 1st in the NFL in yardage and points allowed.

Agree completely -
Ironman92Ben signaling the snap as the play clock turns to zero 90% of the time makes me go ballistic. Gives every defensive player the advantage of knowing when to start and to get that 1/2 second quicker edge. I wish Polamalu would leap and bust him in practice and tell him to mix it up dumbass.

I Am Ahab
I'm not crying dumbass. I'm glad the Squealers have to go on the road. Just saying it's a dumb rule and doesn't make much sense. But yeah I'll put in for the commish job tomorrow morning when I get up. Ratard.Skyhook79;1035689 wrote:Put in for the Commish job and change the rule then. Until then deal with it. The players, coaches, owners and teams must be ok with the set-up because I don't hear them QQing about it like some on here. -

My Dad (palindrome) thinks the Steelers will win 23-13
31-13 would have been a palindrome also...you need to work on your dad to change his prediction. -
killer_ewokRyan Clark, as expected, will not play in Denver on Sunday.
EDIT: George-Why is your avatar Zach Collaros? -

Because he is dreamy....lol..actually I lost an avatar and signature bet. -
thavoiceWhat worries me the most about this game is:
A. That the steelers should win this game 99 out of 100 times they play. This may be that 1 instance, and the NFL Playoffs always brings out the unbelievable.
B. The role of God in the game. Tebow is a smart guy. He knows the cannot ask The Big Guy for wins every week so he has been skimping a bit lately. I look for Tebow to save his most effective prayers for this matchup, and with God on his side it will be very difficult for the steelers to win. -

Just wait. There will be 2-3 unexplanable things that go the broncos way that can only be described as Divine Intervention.DeyDurkie5;1038911 wrote:LOLOLOLOLOLOOLOLOLOLOL -

and do you know how it was God's plan? He set it up for a team to come to Denver that will have to play without its starting safety.
In all seriousness though, I like Tim Tebow. I hope the kid, starting next season, starts to grow into a good QB and has a stellar NFL career. It truly is good to see truly good people do well in sports. We always hear about the bad shit that goes on. Many players do great things that never get recognized. Many times we wonder the motivation behind it, but with Mr Tebow it seems so genuine becausee he has been doing it for a long time.
As for as my comments, they werent meant to mock him. They were part tongue-in-cheek, but also part just reflecting back on some of the stuff that has already happened. They have won games in ways they really shouldnt have.
I hope he and the broncos lay an egg this weekend but I also hope that one of the good guys, Tebow, gets to have a good career.
HEre we go steelers....here we go! Brother got me one of those 'camo' terrible towels for christmas. Its pretty sweeeet. -

THE4RINGZAccording to a report today Tebow was told today by Elway to pull the trigger this week. I don't know what exactly that means, but my guess is to throw the ball more often. This could be good for the Steelers because I presume Tebow hasn't been running the ball 20+ times per game because they have been trying to down play his Aaron Rodgers's type arm.
I'll take LeBeau over Tebow any day of the week.
