AutomatikSnapped leg in the trenches?

Terry_Tate
+1, that and I believe it was Tyrone Protho are the 2 worst injuries I've ever seen.SportsAndLady;921124 wrote:I highly recommend not watching. -

yes. -
Fly4FunHonestly, normally I can't stand looking at those horrific injuries. This was just not one of them in my opinion. Ya, it sucks. His ankle or lower leg is definitely broken. But they are acting (the announcers) like someone was just involved in a head/neck/back injury. It's not the end of the world. It wasn't that bad. Don't over dramatize some relatively minor injuries (when compared to head/neck/back injuries).
-
karen lotzThere is already an animated gif. If anyone wants to see it I will post it.

SportsAndLadyI had the game on mute bout to fall asleep then I see all the players react like they did...some of them on the verge of tears..so I turn it up and gruden is saying "replay not for the squirmish" and there's his leg completely snapped......now I can't get tires again lol that was so fucked up

tk421The way they were reacting you would have thought he got hit in the head and wasn't moving. Bit of an overreaction for a broken leg.

sportswizuhrdFuck. Havent seen it yet but we were talking about Napoleon McCallum and Tim Kumrie's horrifying leg breaks today at work.
-
Hb31187Wasnt that bad? What the fuck injury were you watching?
-
Laley23
Lol. I mean, a hit to the head usually doesnt even look bad. When you see someones limb hanging limp you are going to react a lot worse cause it looks a lot worse. Internal damage aside, those are by far the worst looking injuries you can witness.tk421;921138 wrote:The way they were reacting you would have thought he got hit in the head and wasn't moving. Manhattan BuckeyeFeel bad for the guy.
No where near Joe Theismann or Tim Krumrie level.
Krumrie's injury in the SB nearly caused me to yak. -
tk421maybe I'm fucking blind but what is so bad about that? I'm not seeing it at all. Is it #68? His foot? Well, that does look like it's bent backwards but I don't get the huge grimace factor.
-
Fly4FunYes, it is 68 and his foot. And it's really not that bad.
It's an ankle or lower leg injury. It's not a head, neck or back injury. No need to act like this was something horrific. -

Fly4FunI'm not saying that I doubt it hurts. I'm just saying of all the things that could happen, broken bones/joints aren't that bad. I understand being all somber and emotional about a guy with a head, neck or back injury... but not this.
