Gearing up for the Sunday night Giants-Cowboys showdown -- thoughts on this matchup? For whatever reason, the Giants have won their biggest games on the road (at New England, at Dallas, at Philly, at the Jets, although that was technically not really a "road game"). They have also crapped the bed at home vs. Seattle, Washington and Philly. With Romo dinged up and Demarco Murray out, the Gmen SHOULD roll, but I see a close game.

I don't think the Giants/Cowboys game is predictable at all. They are both ridiculously inconsistent with very high ceilings.

I say the game comes down to Ware vs Pierre-Paul

    Dallas wins /thought.

Haha but it should be an awesome game. I think it will be a close game regardless and will probably come down to a FG.. this time the Giants don't have a time out to call to ice Bailey and Cowboys win 24-23. I would love to be at this game though haha you gonna try and score any tickets BaB?

I wish man! This is a tough ticket to get. Going to be cold as shit too! Should be a great one. Really wish this game was in Dallas, don't like the way the Gmen have played at home this year!

I was offered a ticket but its gonna be cold as fuck and I don't really care about these teams so I turned it down
  • Pick6

    She's a Vikings fan.

I'm happy with the NO/CAR game we have on.

Cam Newton today is going to become the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for 4,000 yards and rush for 600 in the same season. Not first rookie ever, but first ever. He has also accounted for 35 TD's this year rushing/passing.

I had a feeling he was going to be better than alot of people were saying prior to the draft, but never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined this type of rookie year considering he had no offseason work and still hadn't played much QB period through college. It really is remarkable, and I can't wait to see what he manages to develop into.

With the 249 yards passing that Brees has so far today moved him ahead of Joe Montana for the 11th spot on the all time career passing yards list.

    The 2010 Panthers scored 16 offensive TD....the 2011 have scored 47 TD

Their offensive coordinator is former Browns OC Rob Chudzinsk.

He got Derek Anderson to look like a Pro Bowler, and has helped Cam Newton produce a historic season at the QB position.

Something tells me he is going to get a shot as a Head Coach sooner than later.

I will always be a fan of his as that 2007 season was the most watchable Browns season since they've been back as it was fun to see that offense. That is something that is rarely associated with that side of the ball in Cleveland.

Browns are very good at getting rid of Coaches and them excelling elsewhere.

Brady has also passed Dan Marino's old passing mark. 2 guys in 1 year for a record that stood for 27 years, impressive. Reminds me of Sosa and McGwire without the steroids and hype. Patriots also come back from 21 down to the Bills.

Maybe because of the market, but this is the quietest rushing champion that I can remember. I honestly had no idea until yesterday that he was leading the league.
