Tribe at Angels May 6, 7 and 8
-
BR1986FBNice to see the Tribe getting to Weaver...
-
Laley23This all started with the (12 pitch???) AB with Michael Brantley. That was an incredible at bat, and the great ABs have spilled over to this inning.
-
DeadliestWarrior34Pretty impressed so far. 4 runs on Weaver is like 8 on anyone else.
-
royal_kMore deja vu with the shitty infield hits.
-
Laley23I hate when the other team gets infield hits like this! lol
-
iclfan22 infield singles? what happened?
-
royal_kAlex White!
-
BR1986FBImpressive job getting out of that jam...

Great pitch, that was a chopper off the plate for an infield hit. Then White got the grounder for a DP, but it was a little into the SS/3B hole and Asdrubals throw was off-line to second (great job to get the ball).
But White made some nasty pitches to get the next 3 guys out. -

This kid's got good stuff and he looks to be calm and under control. -
BRFWell well, what do ya know!
Go Tribe! -
DeadliestWarrior34Youve got to be kidding me hes gotten a hit on two straight high infield choppers.
-
royal_kHow about that!
Great job again Alex! -
Laley23This doesnt seem like enough.
-
royal_kI really don't like Abreu. He thinks every close pitch is a ball and gets pissed when they're called strikes.
lol and Sipp strikes him out -
THE4RINGZNeed at least a couple this inning.
-
Laley23Gotta love bad baserunning when it benefits your team!
Izturis really had no chance there. It wasnt as if Hannahan ignored him, in which case you can gamble. The Tribe were all over him trying to advance lol. -
DeadliestWarrior34What a double play!
-
royal_kGood base running there Angels....better defense though.
-
BR1986FBCould use an insurance run or two here...
-
TBone14In his limited opportunities, how about Lou Marson? He was damn near an automatic out last year and he has came up with some big knocks this year.
As I type he steals a bag. -

I was thinking the same thing. Either its a fluke and he is a good back-up hitter, or Acta is correct when he says the Tribe wont be able to "keep him for much longer, cause he is a starting MLB catcher, but we already have ours." I think Ill take the middle.
Also, how about the Tribe not striking out versus Weaver, the first time in his career he hadnt struck anyone out. It wasnt a record (I dont thin), but I remember a few starts ago, the BBTN guys were talking about how he was on some sort of tear with his K numbers in every start. -
royal_kWant to see a replay.
-
DeadliestWarrior34I'd be pissed if I was Cabrera
-
THE4RINGZPerez time for the win.
