I'm all for jokes (see Justin's chloroform pic of Ben)......as long as they're actually funny.

Who would've picked the Jets by a TD (should have been 14) over the Pats on Sunday? Crazier things have happened than the Steelers losing by 10 points.

That said, I don't think they lose by 10.

Ben's a franchise QB (extremely hard to find) and Holmes is a very good WR (fairly easy to replace). Pretty easy to figure that one out. And Holmes was twittering and encouraging a fan who criticized him to "drink poison and kill themself." And if accusations make one a rapist.....Mark Sanchez is one as well (see: his frosh year at USC).

Have a good day, Bro Namath.

This was an easy prediction. There are as many Steeler fans here as there are ppl who just wanna suck up to Justin. Im 0-2 on that but come Sunday if I can get the NYJ +3.5 Ill take it. Id probably take Pits -3.

I certainly hope that happens, but I think the Steelers might have a tough time moving the ball.

The Jets have made some good adjustments to their defense the past few weeks, and even without that their guys are playing some inspired ball.

I could see the Steelers moving the ball some but then they'll give up a sack and that will make it difficult. Plus, the receivers have to work harder to get open against the Jets cornerbacks, who are good in coverage and let's face it, they also hold a lot.

Steelers might have to create some offense with their defense, which is entirely possible.

No one would have, except for maybe Durkie, he's good for off the wall predicitons like that.

Sucking up to me will get one no where. Sending me money is how you get my attention.

So off the wall that it actually happened.

How is the tailgating scene at Heinz? Best places to park if you are just joining a tailgate and not actually hosting one? Will any of you be tailgating? If so, where? I want to drink your beer.

We're on the same page Non. I think that they'll be so worried about our recievers that they will forget about the running game and the short passes to Miller.

Miller has been locked in since coming back from the injury.

You're right, he could be a big factor with the receivers being checked by Revis and Cromartie.

He didn't play in the last game and remember Spaeth got a lot of passes his way.

And Spaeth dropped alot of passes.

I used to worry about TE's killing the Jets but the Pats dynamic duo did shit on Sunday. I was rather impressed. Hopefully Rex will have an effective plan to limit Miller's impact.

I take that back. Gronkowski had that 37 yard reception in the 3rd quarter.

This will be Mendenhalls breakout game. Remember that last week was his first playoff game.

We park in the Allegheny Center Garage. It's $25.

Most of the lots close to the stadium are reserved and you need a pre-sold pass.

The tailgate scene is pretty good, though. There are a lot of big tailgate parties where you basically can just blend in like you're one of the gang. Of course, that won't work in your case.

    early forecast for Sunday

    partly cloudy

    high 24
    low 20

that would be good, cold enough where it will feel like a championship game, but not quite too cold where you're freezing

Speath sucked in the first meeting......Heath Miller will be a tremendous improvement from how Spaeth played....mix in Polamalu roaming

I just like our chances.....but I do worry about Arians vs Ryan.

This should be Spaeth's last year. Miller is outstanding and David Johnson has emerged as a key run blocker. Spaeth doesn't add much. Weak blocker. Unreliable hands.

He got targeted a lot the last game. I'm sure the Jets left him open and focused on other receivers, but it will be interesting to see if Miller gets those same looks.

The huge gravel lot we used to park in was perfect as it was right by the hwy and very near the bridge we need to get outta there afterwards, but for a playoff game a few years ago they raised their price to 60 bucks and told them to fuck off. We drove around the block and saw cones on side of road and some guy with a sign charging 15 to park on the street very close to this lot. We said 'you cannot charge to park on a public street'. His respons was,'but I watch your car...if you dont pay i cannot assure you will have tires afterwards'.

We paid him......they call him JuneBug as he lives in those craptastic apts. We have been parking there for a few years now. 15-20 bucks and one beer and he watches your car and all is well! He does get harassed at times by stadium security (even tho its almost a mile walk) as they tosses his cones over the fence and done other things to harass him. I told him to make a sign that says WIll watch car for 20 bucks instaed of parkinig.

but anyways............that huge gravel lot has pretty good tailgating in it....

Best parking IMO is at Station Square and take the Gateway Clipper (has a fully stocked bar) over to the stadium. Quick, easy and the traffic is not that bad. Pack yourself a cheap collapseable cooler that you can throw away and you're good to go. Also, Gateway Clipper fare may be free over to the stadium, they did this a couple years ago.

We always wanted to do that...but it seems like the lines after the games to go back are very long!
I guess my buddies parked at the casino last weekend...i know they have some deals I think in that lot if you gamble...or at least that was last year. THey were in no hurry to get out afterwards but if you are that may not be the place to go.

There is affordable parking if you really look for it. We typically go for ease of gettin gout an onto the road home.

They are long but they move pretty fast as the boats are rotating in and out on a timely manner. Also, it beats sitting in traffic for two hours or waiting in the parking lot for things clear.
