Also, New England is up 21-7 on Indy but still a half to play.

Maybe the Pats are that good.

EDIT: 21-14 at the half. Just Peyton being Peyton.

Yeah, I am searching for them now. I think that there are so many calls that have been awful this year....the Calvin Johnson touchdown, that rule needs to be looked at. Then you have some just bad officiating, which you are eluding to....not a good way to market your product if you ask me.

PS, there was just another BS helmet to helmet call in the Seattle/NO game......this game is getting so sad.
  • killer_ewok
    Yeah, it's ridiculous.

I live in the Cleveland viewing area and have a question. Why in the fuck are the Seahawks on almost every week in the 4:00 time slot? There has to be another more entertaining game on than this one

This just in. Harrison gets flagged an hour after the game for thinking about sacking a QB, 15 yard penalty next game.

Goodell should be fining those officials this week. There's no way any of those personal fouls merit a fine.

This game seriously reminded me of those BW3"s commercials where they beep in from the restaurant to the refs to try to keep the game lasting forever.

Fun game. A lot better than last week.

Worst officiated game since the Steelers 11-10 win over San Diego a few years ago but I thought the bad calls fired up the defense even more today.

Having not watched this game, was Seymour's slap on the Steelers QB legit?
  • wes_mantooth
Yep, it was cheap and he deserved the ejection...and fine to come.

Dan Fouts was doing the game on TV and he even said the calls were bullshit.

Well, it's not like Fouts is the final word on stuff but I agree with him in this case. Quite a few calls against the Steelers today were absurd. And that's not even homer talk......they were unquestionably getting hosed on those "penalties."

The reason I brought Fouts into the conversation is because he was a qb and he thought the calls that were made on hits against the Raider qb were terrible.

obviously the Steelers should beat Buffalo and I hope they do but regardless of what happens next week, the Steelers and Ravens games on Dec. 5 will be for the division lead

There was alot more than Fouts shaking their head. Alot of bad calls. The Steelers are being watched way to close. Harrison and Troy have been very outspoken and this is the price the NFL is making them pay.

I agree about beating Buffalo. The Raven game will be huge.

When I first heard about it, I thought maybe it was incidental. After seeing it, thats pretty dumb on Seymour's part. I wonder if Tom Cable taught him that move.

Very interested to hear what Roethlisberger said that set Seymour off.

Edit: Apparently, Seymour thought Roethlisberger "ran up on him."
