If you're Lebron, don't you have to seriously question how realistic it is that you can ever get another star player to Cleveland? Bosh supposedly did want to play with Lebron, just not in Cleveland.
If what Broussard said about Bosh on WKNR yesterday is true, then Bosh is a lying bitch. Broussard said that Bosh didn't want to play in Cleveland because Cleveland was "Lebron's team" and he wanted them to go somewhere together where it could be "their team" (Chicago or NJ). Well where is Bosh now supposedly going?" D-Wade's team. -

Doesn't look like someone who isn't happy to be drafted by the Hornets. Why didn't the Hornets just Draft Nash instead of kobe ????
Bryant was drafted 13th and Nash 15th.

Some people look for any reason to trash him, which is also hilarious. To me, he has been the furthest thing from a drama queen this entire FA process. It's the media that has been insane.

I am sure there are other stories that reported this but this was the first I found...BR1986FB;413997 wrote:If what Broussard said about Bosh on WKNR yesterday is true, then Bosh is a lying bitch. Really proved that one CB4."I'm not an addition. I'm a centerpiece," he said. "I have to have that confidence in myself, and I want people to know that, because I'm not somebody that helps out. I'm the guy you get like, 'Yo, we're going to win a championship, you're gonna take us there. -
thedynasty1998Bosh is not being criticized for going to Miami? Wow.

gibby08My brother was listening to ESPN Radio Cleveland and there was a guy that was on a conference call with Wade and Bosh and got the impression that Lebron is "strongly" considering going to Miami

They wanted a big man first and then a guard....They were looking at Nash at 16.Skyhook79;414005 wrote:Doesn't look like someone who isn't happy to be drafted by the Hornets. Why didn't the Hornets just Draft Nash instead of kobe ????
Bryant was drafted 13th and Nash 15th.
"To think we were taking Kobe …" Bass says. "We had a small team and we were looking for size."The Hornets had one of the shortest rosters in the NBA after Mourning left, making it imperative they find a big man. With the 13th and 16th picks in the first round, the plan was to find a big man, then draft another guard.
Among the big men the Hornets considered were Wright State's Vitaly Potapenko, Louisville's Samaki Walker and Memphis' Lorenzen Wright. Charlotte native Todd Fuller, a center at N.C. State, figured to be gone before the Hornets would draft.
Potapenko went 12th
Wright went 7th.
Fuller went 11th.
They were looking at drafting the 6th best Center and then decided to get Kobe. Besides that, if the Divac to Charlotte for Kobe deal wouldnt have worked out, Kobe was playing in Italy. He wasnt playing for Charlotte or anyone else in the NBA who werent named the LA Lakers. -
Al BundyAll kind of LeBron rumors will be made up in the next 32 hours from both ESPN and LeBron's people. It is all about getting as many people to watch from both ESPN's perspective and LeBron's perspective.

jpake1I love the whole legacy talk and that he can only get the greatest title in Cleveland. He's been there for 7 years and hasn't won a finals game. They've had chances and couldn't do it, they FAILED. Look at the league, dynasties have ALREADY been created. That is the driving force behind all of this, but I havn't seen a single person mention that. LBJ can get another stud player and some role players around him, that's fine. However, they have no cap! They HAVE to trade away some of those role players which would take away from a talented team. Look at the Lakers, they've got 2 complete studs, and they just so happen to have Odom, Artest, and Bynum-- not exactly your average role players. The Celtics have the same type of thing going on. The league has been set-- you won't win with just two studs and decent role players. You either need 3 studs and good role players or two studs and a couple near allstar players. I'm sure all these guys would prefer to the the guys to win a ring, but the league has changed and now you need to share it with people almost as good as you. Either accept it and win, or refuse and watch the finals from home.

Just because they're trying to save some face if he bolts.
But you can't do it in this case.
Cleveland and Northeast Ohio already looks bad that Bosh didn't want to go there. If King James announces he's had it with trying to win in Cleveland when he's still in the prime of his career and can make the most money in Cleveland, then that is the biggest epic slap in the face you can get.
And he would be a failure and a quitter.
To somehow spin it around and say LeBron is still alright with us is the biggest bunch of crap. -

I don't know that everything you described is any kind of change. Are there any teams with multiple titles who didn't have at least two HOFers (now or eventually) or at least have multiple, perennial All Stars? -

He didn't take an hour of prime time television to announce it.thedynasty1998;414017 wrote:Bosh is not being criticized for going to Miami? Wow. -

Very true. Maybe I'm a little old school about this but I'm not a "can't we just be friends" kinda guy. It's all or nothing. If he leaves, with the way he played at the tail end of the Boston series, he'll be a pariah.Non;414055 wrote:

mallymal614You can tell Lebron never went to college. He handling this like a teenager kid after college visits. Press conference and then he going to put on a hat on what team he going to play for? lol.

What are you talking about? I'm simply referring to the fact that there are people who agree that LeBron is not being a drama queen. It has nothing to do with liking him if he leaves. I have friends that are fans of other teams that feel the same way and they couldn't give a fuck if he stays or leaves. -

there were dynasties when Jordan was playing too before he broke through. Pistons, Celtics, Lakers all were better than the Bulls before he finally broke through. -

wildcats20Maybe he's going to Spain to play with Rubio.
Or hell, maybe he'll retire and just go away. -
Rebel_ I.N.S.I'm a LeBron fan so I don't want no one bashing me on this. IMO he's going to Miami. Cleveland's team will be the same they didn't get anybody to help him. I know they were the best team in the NBA last season. They just can't get over the hump with that group of guys that the Cav's have. This is getting interesting to say the least.

IggyPride00Wade/Bosh are probably lighting up Lebron's phone right now pleading with him to join them. Pat Riley is probably offering to come out of retirement again to coach them, and you know they are just putting on the full court press right now.
Chris Grant needs to make a move pronto on this roster, because Lebron is looking at an eastern conference now with Boston being what it is, Orlando is still a beast, Chicago will be drastically improved with the addition of a Boozer/David Lee type, Miami now has 2 stars with cap room to add players (if Lebron doesn't go there).
Suddenly the east is looking like a gauntlet just to make it to the finals for now and years to come. They need to get him some help in here pronto before he starts having second thoughts about whether or not he is better off going elsewhere so he can be surrounded by more talent. -

This hour long special is dramatic, yes. Outside of that no, I do not believe he has been a drama queen. He has done the same thing almost every other FA has done but with less interviewing, tweeting, etc.
