A false representation of God is a false god.Classyposter58;1764849 wrote:False god? You do realize it is the same God as Christianity and Judaism has right? -
HereticCool, everyone has false gods. Let's move on to relevant topics.

sleeperI'm cool with enacting a "terrorist tax" on all churches, mosques, places of worship etc. They currently pay zero taxes yet produce a negative externality on everyone for preaching their hateful ignorant views.
Make it 10% or something. -
Wolves of BabylonSo apparently Anonymous has found a bunch of supposed targets that were to be hit tomorrow including WWE survivor series tomorrow in Atlanta and a Five Finger Death Punch concert.

gutWe have a ginormous intelligence failure if Anonymous is uncovering stuff we don't already know.
And I'd guess there are dozens of alerts and plots like this every week and it's dealt with, usually quietly and without incident. -
Con_AlmaPeople seem to love the illegal activities of the group Anonymous in uncovering information in the name of justice and to stop those things they determine are wrong. At the same time people seem to hate the efforts of the U.S. government in pushing the limits of monitoring and surveillance as it infringes upon our rights.
I think it would be one of the greatest acts of publicity genius if Anonymous turned out to be a product of the NSA. -
gut
LOL, that's actually a really good theory.Con_Alma;1764882 wrote: I think it would be one of the greatest acts of publicity genius if Anonymous turned out to be a product of the NSA. -
gutAnd LMAO at ISIS declaring a war on Anonymous....ISIS doesn't seem to understand what Anonymous is. The NSA can't find these guys, but you're going to track them down on your Commodore 64 with AOL dial-up from a cave.
-
sleeperSorry, but no doubt the NSA is better than anonymous.
With that said, anonymous likely has some members that also work for the NSA. You have to understand that a lot of the worlds best hackers are actually white hats paid for by corporations/governments. Are they operating and performing operations with consent of the NSA? That is probably the better question. -

My God, I would hope so.sleeper;1764886 wrote:Sorry, but no doubt the NSA is better than anonymous.

I wouldn't think so honestly. You should know the free market will do a better job. Hackers are almost always a step ahead of the government. The government is probably recruiting 15 yr old hackers as we speak.Con_Alma;1764889 wrote:My God, I would hope so.

Maybe Anonymous wasn't the one who found info on potential attacks.Wolves of Babylon;1764874 wrote:So apparently Anonymous has found a bunch of supposed targets that were to be hit tomorrow including WWE survivor series tomorrow in Atlanta and a Five Finger Death Punch concert.

"...But a Twitter account closely associated with Anonymous disavowed connection to the statement.
"We did not spread any rumors about possible future ISIS attacks, and frankly, we do not know where the rumors come from," the account @YourAnonNews tweeted."

Anonymous is operating in the black market. Nothing free about them that is why they were masks and have to hide their identity.Wolves of Babylon;1764895 wrote:I wouldn't think so honestly.
