Obviously to lose it would be less but it's a lot more than 552. You will "bonk/crash" soon if you don't up your calories.

If you have to, get a good protein powder for added calories. I'd recommend a casein over a whey in that casein releases slower and sticks with you.
I think I am gonna try to stay with around 1750 net intake with a protein shake to up it a bit more

Kenpo is so boring, I tried weighted gloves and ankles to help, but it did not. I do not know how they (the preformers onteh DVD) break a sweat on it, that karate dude is soft, but I would not mess with the marine. I am thankful for insanity for cardio, even if I only stick to the first two routines.

Extremely controlled movements is was what got my heart rate going. I started out loose and it wasn't getting my heart rate all that high. I then started controlling my movements and keeping them as tight as possible and my heart rate shot right into my zone.

I think kempo would be a lot more fun if i owned a heavy bag to hit while doing it.

I have one of those standup dummies (my cousin stores his in my garage)
Maybe I will get that out for next time. I won't kick it, but should add some good resistence to punches and knees

They should make a selectable soundtrack so that it is just counting and calling out the move you are supposed to do so you can listen to your own music

Kenpo did that do me yesterday.

    Learned two valuable lessons today.

    1) Don't drink the night before core synergistics.
    2) Core synergistics is a good way to rid your body of the alcohol, by sweating your ass off.

Love it. It is the one part of the work out that I know I will continue to do, if I don't decide to continue after the 90 days with the full workout. It's pretty quick, and easy to push yourself, and burns like crazy if you do it right.

I love roll up, v-up. Hate fifer fucking scissors, &#8220;scissors, get it?&#8221; No I don&#8217;t get it, I can get my legs straight.</SPAN>

Start the actual classic program today, I am pretty pumped. I am pretty used to my diet by now (and am netting around 1700 cals per day with a good protein-carb-fat ratio) and haven't cheated at all.
  • ernest_t_bass
This isn't Ab Ripper 100 or 200, this is Ab Ripper 339!

There ain't no part one, or part two. This is part two.

Do you make your food, or does your wife? My wife is the main cook, so I don't pay attention to the calorie/fat count, but I just eat less. Eat about the same thing every day for breakfast, lunch, mid-morning snack, afternoon snack. Mix it up at Dinner.

Cheated a lot this weekend. Yum beers and some bad food. Worked extra hard this morning.

She cooks maybe 2 nights a week now that it is grilling season. Typically she will just eat the same thing I do and add a potato or something. She does make my lunch every day for me though.

I discovered a great place to semi-cheat is Red Lobster. That was some good shit.

Stay away from the biscuits and potatoes/rice and you should be fine.
