  Quite a few African American churches getting torched, three confirmed as arson. This is a form of civil war as stated in my original post. These idiots setting the fires are no doubt nutbags that need to be punished to the fullest extent. Stealing one groups rights of freedom to pacify another groups rights of freedom will only create conflict, this goes both ways.

  I posted the exact same thing on the very first page of the thread and no one cared to respond. Which leads me to believe that they could care less about innocent people being attacked. If they do they'll default to talking about the crime rate in Chicago or Baltimore.

  The great thing is that if you look up "knockout game" online, most of what you find is that it's more or less an urban legend where people took anecdotal evidence (your typical number of random assaults) and turned it into this big scare of out-of-control black youth overrunning society. Ending up with sites like Snopes debunking certain stories (such as one with an elderly lady shooting two assailants) as fictional.

  I think at least some of the people you mentioned are talking about a different thing.
  Why are "we" not appalled at people attacking innocent people?....well, we are...but in reality it's pretty commonplace. Most are not even race related. Bad people attack innocent people all the time. When it comes to arson, there are over 30,000 arson fires a year...only a handful are race related. So it's not really that innocents are being attacked....it's why they are being attacked....and that brings us back to race.
  
  
  IMO, we focus way too much on the negative stuff, some pretty minor, and ignore the great progress that has been made in race relations even in my lifetime.

  Trust me I agree wholeheartedly. We have made tremendous progress in regards to race relations. I just like to point out the hypocrisy in a lot of posts. Guys are constantly complaining about black people complaining. Kind of ridiculous don't you think?
