Guilty as charged. I have no idea who DeadliestWarrior34 is or was, or why he left. If he's in cahoots with these yahoos I can see why he was banned or basemented (for lack of better words).Curly J;1463613 wrote:DW = DeadliestWarrior34. If you 'didn't see it', then You were surfing the OC wrong.
I know what F4F means, I know what QCB means, I know what FFT means and obviously I know what MB means. Perhaps that is because we actually post relevant statements on topics and not trying to be a-holes. -
wes_mantoothTo be fair, DW posted mostly in Cleveland based threads...at least it seemed like it, so I can see where some would be unfamiliar with him. He was a damn good poster though.

Apparently you STFU or GTFO message was Durkie's last straw.GoChiefs;1463632 wrote:4ringz...the same guy that thought he deserved special treatment since he sponsored the HS football forum? The same guy that acted like a 2 year old because he didn't approve of a thread Otrap started? Gotcha.
I honestly don't remember anything dealing with Durkie.
Anyway, see what you did there? You have an explanation to justify that person being a butt hurt bitch and leaving. I am actually on your side with him leaving, I am just making a point. I can do the same thing. Example:
"Turdo?? You mean the same guy who was a passive agressive troll whenever he got the chance? Got it."
I will try to be less mean since people actually do cry apparently. I will still resort back to what i alway say. Grow some thicker skin, and if you need an example please look at the Browns thread. As stated earlier there are over 1000 pages of Browns discussion on this site, and there is little to no moderation in those threads. Looks like those threads are still going strong... -

I was never a moderator over there and even received a temporary ban for arguing with RyDawg5 a few times (no name calling was involved, but as we know it was against the rules to argue with moderators over there). And of course I was eventually banned permanently once I was associated with this site.
This is the problem, there are half-truths and factual inaccuracies about my supposed reign of terror, which really doesn't exist.
Then I'll man up and say I was wrong. I thought you were one of the Mods that was relieved of their duties once it was found out they joined Freehuddle. There were a few that were 'let go' there that became Mods over here. It might have been a rule over there to not to argue with a Mod, or one of their many unwritten rules even, but is it a rule over here?
Please 'don't hold it against me personally', because we know that doesn't happen with you. -
Manhattan BuckeyeFrom GoChiefs:
"That bull**** drives people away too."
It might not drive people away, but it certainly reduces thread traffic. I don't have a problem posting a topic on the politics forum, but I rarely do on the serious business forum because I know one or more of the gaggle of idiots will certainly troll it.
If I post on a thread, there's a reasonable chance they will try to hijack it.
I don't know what it is in for Like That, Durkie, Has Been, Sports and Lady, and their socks....but if someone is a moderator like Fly4Fun eventually you have to do something. Taking it out on him is the wrong way of going about it. -

You post relevant statements when you don't have to add something about youself to try and show a bunch of internet posters your life is sweet (example below). Sadly, that isn't often.
"When i was on my first class flight to budapest, I watched Avatar." Bolded part is not necessary and nobody gives a fuck.
Hope this helps.

Manhattan BuckeyeI've never been to Budapest, and I've never flown first class and I fell asleep watching Avatar on dvd.
This is the point. You are a jerk. You read things into other people's posts that aren't there, and for some reason be angry and bitter towards people.
This isn't about Fly4Fun. There is an old saying about attending a class in college/grad school/whatever that if you don't know who the class jerk is after a couple of weeks, it is you.
It is you. -

I tell you what, I will stop being an asshole when you stop being a smug ass. Deal?
And just for the record, other than a few posters I can set the bullshit aside. I do actually enjoy your posts in the politics thread. -

If that post drove Durkie away, then he's one of those that need a thicker skin that you were talking about. He only quoted part of my post from that conversation in that thread.like_that;1463640 wrote:Apparently you STFU or GTFO message was Durkie's last straw.

You and your bunch of pussies got hurt and now you are bitching. Fly4Fun should have banned you long ago.
I know you're including me in this, but I have yet to even receive an infraction. All I've ever gotten was 2 thread bans(in the same day, concerning the same poster) and a warning from f4f about Idk what.
This just shows how much you don't know about the majority of posters on this site. You know COA and like_that because your 'I can't see that image because I'm in China' that was brought up in every thread as a humble brag that you were so successful got really old. They jumped on it.
Again, I don't disagree that people jump on posters unnecessarily. However, the petty shit shouldn't happen. Merging a new thread to maintain a thread ban is stupid.
I will say this, when curly J is speaking out, people should listen. He's the man. And f4f's posts on this thread should make everyone question how serious he really takes this.
Also, if those PM's were really sent about f4f then there's another issue that shouldn't be ignored.
At the end of the day, I enjoy posting on this site because I get a wide range of information and opinions from a wide range of people. But not being able to call someone out for something they posted(posting about high kids physiques is creepy, including that former pole vaulter) is stupid. I don't think I had more than 2-3 posts back and forth concerning creepy.
Whatever, I'm done sitting. Time to wipe my ass. -

That's the thing, I won't hold it against you personally and I don't do that in general. I've never had a problem with you on this site. I generally don't form opinions about people when I don't actually know them on a personal level. In fact, you'd be very hard pressed to find posts from me where I am holding something against someone personally and then repeatedly harassing them over it.Curly J;1463641 wrote:Then I'll man up and say I was wrong. The problem here is that there are a few individuals that repeatedly break the rules and constantly act in the same negative manner towards other members of this site. They will receive whatever the punishment is for breaking the rules more often because they are the ones repeatedly breaking the rules. It's not because of some personal agenda, it's because they are constantly breaking the rules. It would be like accusing a judge in a small town for having a personal bias against a repeat offender criminal because he keeps sending the same guy to jail for breaking the law again and again. -

ZWICK 4 PREZlike_that is just mad b/c Justin used to let him troll everybody and doesn't anymore. He wants to go back to the good old days where he could shit on every thread he felt like and get away with it. The problem is Justin enacted it too late and most people gave up posting b/c the "all pwn team" was allowed to run rampant.

We don't break the rules. Being mean is not breaking the rules. I have had two basement bans, one for me telling you to quit being a little girl and the other for creating a thread. Not sure where those break the rules. The PMs that coa posted prove you have an agenda. Please quit trying to fool yourself. -

I said that to DA in order to explicitly make it clear that I don't do that depsite what some of the accusations here depict. I didn't say I was making an exception to how I normally act. I didn't read anything into it. You said what you said. By saying that it only backed up what people said/think about you before and proved that the PMs that were sent to COA were more than likely legit. My point is it never should have been said as it only hurt your it's not personal stance...at least IMO.Fly4Fun;1463669 wrote:I said that to DA in order to explicitly make it clear that I don't do that depsite what some of the accusations here depict. GOONx19Okay, F4F, he read too much into it. Regardless, you haven't really helped your reputation with this thread. A few people have even said they now understand what the complaining is about. I just don't want to see this site lose any more posters, because when there's only 50 active posters every one counts. I personally love what the OC offers. A good mix of sports and bullshit, and it's way easier for me to keep up to date on current events by just scrolling through the front page than to find it elsewhere. But when people start leaving, the impact is exponential.
