Apparently some of the marathon runners completed the race and continued to run to the hospital to donate blood for the victims. Incredible.

Not to be insensitive, but my Facebook has been full-retard for months now. Too many BS shares and "like this and they'll donate $1" and shit.

Out of evil often arises the best of humanity. Kudos to them.

That's awesome, BUT would they even accept it?

I heard they were overwhelmed with donations and had to turn people away. Blood is perishable after all. Can't be stored long.

I read earlier that Fire is okay, but I forgot to post it on here. It looks like she crossed the finish line about 40-45 minutes before the explosions and was already walking back to her hotel. She said she was having a very hard time getting cell phone service (duh). She was an old school Huddler and hasn't been around in many years, but I know a few people on here know her or at least know of her.

The kid from Van Wert realistically probably finished somewhere between 20 and 30. Hopefully the race officials will adjust the standings accordingly when the final body counts come out.
Nice try at humor...... The explosions were like two hours after the front runners finished.

Stop. We already went through this. No need to keep it going.

I had no idea she ran marathons, I didn't think she had the right frame for lots of running if I remember correctly. Glad to hear she is okay though!

Officials: Boston PD are "guarding" a wounded man at a Boston hospital as a "possible suspect" - @JimMiklaszewski via @NBCNews

***Edit= On CNN live right now. Believe he's a FBI agent, was saying their is not a suspect at the Hospital and just individuals are being questioned.

He did. Almost 2 hours before

Espn saying winners crossed finish line 3 hours before explosion. Thats not possible right?? I swore the video showed the clock at 4 hours and 9 minutes. No way anyone runs 26 miles in an hour.
