You said absolutely nothing about the attack in a thread that is about the attack. I'm sorry someone had to spell it out for you.

Also made the claim that terrorists are "colored."

Rec... we're ribbing CCRunner. No one actually wishes he died, except maybe dlazz.

Every time you say something, you are reaching closer and closer to FWK levels. Just stop.

    Dook.

I can understand that. My other question will be left unanswered, however, I am sure. Had I said "Damn" in reply to said auiota (sp?) almost being killed at the race, all hell would have broken loose.

    Carry on.

    I will.

What did FWK do? I still have no idea what that means.

FWK blamed the girl in the steubenville rape case. Said if she hadn't been lying to her parents and sneaking out the football players never would have raped her.

    No, it would not have.

    Ah.

On that note, I am officially checking out of this thread. See ya.

    Richard Jewell disagrees.

    ;)

A friend of mine has an 8 year old and a 6 year old and they were in Boston to watch the marathon and catch a ball game. (I don't know who took them, but it wasn't her.) She could not get in touch with them because the phones were out. They were home safe last night, but I would have freaked the fuck out.

I do want to come back in for just a moment because I think this is an interesting post.

I totally forgot about this guy. While I am assuming you are trying to make the point that Jewell made out because he ended up receiving millions in settlements from his libel cases, in the end, he did die of natural causes at the age of 44. He was said to also have had heart problems. One, I would think, could at least reasonably infer that the stress and weight that the man carried most of his life by being known -- and hailed recklessly in the media -- as the Centennial Olympic Park terrorist bomber might have had something to do with his untimely demise. Maybe, maybe not.

For some reason I have a feeling this is gonna be domestic terrorism

I put the "winky face" because it was sarcasm. I know Richard Jewell's life was f'ed, even though he was innocent.

Not necessarily starting a new war, just a drone secretly removing some Saudi village from the map.
