TiernanNodianos is getting off totally scott-free and that is a bigger travesty than the two rapists being tried as juvies.

I do not know his involvment (other than rumors and what I saw on the youtube video) but I would not be surprised if there were quite a few people who watched and did nothing.Tiernan;1405510 wrote:Nodianos is getting off totally scott-free and that is a bigger travesty than the two rapists being tried as juvies. -
Tiernan"Nodi" as his doucher buddies call him, witnessed nothing... but the You Tube video in and of itself warrants some kind of reprisals against him like total shunning by the community that results in him never being able to get a job or attend college again. His two "academic" scholarships should be terminated and this POS should have to move to New Zealand to escape torment.

queencitybuckeyeSocial media checks are done by virtually every company these days, the punk has effectively destroyed any career he could have had.

Gblockdidnt say i agreed with it at all i was just saying thats how it is. like it or not. you are more likely to get tried as a juvenile than not. and nodinos is a sick person.

It sounded to me like you were saying you thought they should be tried as kids, but it makes perfect sense that you were saying that's how they should be tried based on other cases you are familiar with. (It is a slight distinction, but I think a critical one.)Gblock;1405566 wrote:didnt say i agreed with it at all i was just saying thats how it is. like it or not. you are more likely to get tried as a juvenile than not.
What he said was absolutely asinine, but I'm really glad that not everything I did when I was a teenager was under a microscope. I did and said some really asinine things too. (Not defending him in anyway, just saying that I was a moron when I was 16-24ish)Gblock;1405566 wrote:and nodinos is a sick person. -

yea me too but i just didnt feel any morality in that guys voice on the you tube vid. and he knew he was being filmed so it wasnt exactly a microscope. i say plenty of things i probably shouldnt but not on tape.
Your right tho i do think that they should be tried as teens. they are not adults. -
Gblocki was saying i dont agree with their actions and im not offering opinion on guilt or innocence but to me based on current laws and other cases i think it is not even a question they should be tried as teens. most importantly, but not limited to the fact that it is a first offense as far as i know

I had an interesting thought on this: if 16 is the age of consent in many places - meaning you are old enough to know and understand/consent...then shouldn't 16 be the age here for being tried as an adult when it comes to rape? But similar logic could be made on many other issues.
I don't know, seems to me when it comes to being tried as an adult the gray area is more 13-14 than 16 or 17. -

sherm03I got so pissed reading that article, but even more seeing this picture. Look at these fucking assholes. Neither looks remorseful for what they did. The one kid is fucking smiling. If I was that girl's father, these two probably wouldn't have made it to the court room.

Fab1bThey should be charged as adults!

I haven't been following that closely, but everything I'm hearing the defense pretty much see's this as a win and they will be charged as juveniles and held until they are 21. I could be way off, but this is what's spreading around on the social network.Fab1b;1406015 wrote:They should be charged as adults! -

1 player is being investigated for a potential rape. 2 others are being questioned for details they may know about it. The accused has already left Ohio State. It's also not being covered up.
