The Steubenville incident v. Anonymous
-
Tigerfan00Someone on twitter who goes by the name "ihazcandy" whos been attacking kyanonymous put it on twitter that he got raided but was clearly another lie by that guy.
-
sportchamppsThat guy keep trying to say he is FBI and he will raid ky in reality they dos him and proved he wasn't fbi

ThePatriotI've heard that Anonymous (perhaps KY but I don't know that for sure) supposedly released some court records involving the trial from October. However, what they mustve failed to realize is that this info contained the name n info of the VICTIM and some of her friends.
Also, supposedly this piece of info was already released by some bloggers long before Anonymous got involved but the names of victim n friends were rightfully blacked out. Anyone else hear this. That's a big mistake if so. -

bases_loaded@LocalLeaks2013: The LocalLeaks Staff has carefully examined the documents leaked yesterday by KnightSec.
@LocalLeaks2013: LocalLeaks finds this extremely offensive, and we condemn the leak of these documents in the strongest possible terms.
@LocalLeaks2013: Let this be a lesson to all information activists within or outside of Anonymous. Disclosure is serious business. This is NOT a game. -

Yeah, I just looked at it. Victim's name and all witnesses, plus a couple of friends' names are all visible.ThePatriot;1373520 wrote:I've heard that Anonymous (perhaps KY but I don't know that for sure) supposedly released some court records involving the trial from October. I'm pretty sure we all know that the internet is serious business, but who knew disclosure was as well?bases_loaded;1373679 wrote:@LocalLeaks2013: The LocalLeaks Staff has carefully examined the documents leaked yesterday by KnightSec.

AppleFWK today:I will repeat what I said months ago. I blame the boys 95% for the rape. They are monsters and I wish they were being tried in adult court. They should be convicted and have to face 20 years in tough prison. I wish they would become some Big Bubba's boy toy so they could learn what rape is all about. Does that sound like I'm taking their side? I am placing 5% blame for the rape on the girl. Her behavior was atrocious. It is established facts that she lied to her parents about where she was going that night. She said she was going for an all-nighter with some girl friends. Instead she went to an under-age drinking party for which she could have and should have been arrested. There is no evidence that she was drugged. She voluntarily drank herself into such a stupor that she passed out. This is the 5% I'm talking about. Her condition certainly did not give the boys the right to rape her. If they had been decent (which clearly they were not), they would have taken her home without touching her. But they didn't, and the rest is history. I feel sorry for the girl, but I am still placing a small amount of blame on her. If she hadn't lied to her parents and gone to that drinking party, there would have been no rape and no story. You can choose to agree with me or not, but this is the way I see it.

se-alumSo FWK blames her for being a teenager, basically.

You'd think a man like him would want to stand up for the woman since it was a crime that happened when was defenseless to stop. He just sees her as someone who is trying to bring down His Big Red. -
hasbeenToo bad Big Red football players don't prey on crippled gay men.

It's a bizarre combination of hilarious and pathetic. He's posted passionately about gay rights and prejudice against them on the political forum before, so it seems likely that he only cares about victims and crimes against them when their cultural demographics are similar to his. No empathy for those damn straight victims of sexual crimes, though!Curly J;1394289 wrote:I just can't understand his thinking.

It is always interesting, when dealing with "the law", to try to view the proceeding from a perspective of common sense vs what the law may dictate.
As an example; the assertion by one defense attorney(in his closing arguments on if there is probable cause for rape charges) that the state must prove that the victim in this case is not the spouse of either of the defendants and that no evidence had been presented to prove that she is not. -
hocuspocusHeard the other day the police took a drunk behind the jail down in the ville, had him under control and proceeded to taze him on his feet. And unbelievably his money vanished when he got released from jail. This was after they beat him up, and laughed as they were tazing his feet.
