The Walking Dead (tv show)

Check out "Hell on Wheels" which has followed "The Walking Dead" immediately afterwards for the last 4 weeks. The show is just as good.

I'm with everyone else on the ending. Phenomenal and the best ending by far. I'm with some others that thought it was going to be Herschel's wife that walked out. I genuinely thought they'd find Sophia alive and well. Wrong.

I hope you are all right about the second half of season 2 in February. If I remember correctly, the previews made this first half of season 2 seem badass...which for the most part it wasn't.

The first half of the season was very good.

People expect all these zombie killings, but that's not what The Walking Dead is all about. It's always been a series about character development/brash decisions in a world gone awry.

Shane is the man. This show is pretty solid. I cant wait for February.

I'm pumped for this as well. However, Hell on Wheels did offer quality entertainment during the break.

Add me to the excited list. I hope they come out with a bang and don't drag it out again. And get off of the fucking lame ass farm!!!

I have tempered excitement. I was not thrilled with the first half of the season but am willing to see it through to the end to watch what happens.

    I agree, badass ending.

I was skeptical with this show at first aired and never really got into it. Then I watched them all over a short period....totally hooked.

Best show on TV, when it is on. Feels like it has a five episode season.

It will be very interesting to see where they take the show now. So much happened in the last episode.

    Its on right now.

Really looking forward to tonight. I have a feeling that they are going to kill off one of the main characters (Shane, Dale, Lori, Daryl, Rick etc..) by the time this season ends

Supposedly the show is supposed to start going "at breakneck speed" now. And I think you're right about the death of one of the main characters. I read an article a few weeks ago that said that Frank Darabont was looking at a new drama for TNT, and that he wanted Jon Bernthal to star in it. If that's the case, and the show actually gets picked up, I'd assume this is Shane's last season on The Walking Dead.

I was leaning towards Shane. I hope that I am wrong though, hes one of my favorites

    So many to choose from...

Daryl, IMO, is really the only good character on the show. Rick is likeable enough. Shane I don't know if it's the character or the actor, but like most on the show you don't like him or hate him (which isn't really a good thing for a main character).

The show has to step it up. The whole "human condition" thing they focused on most of last season is so overplayed and just uninteresting at this point, and a zombie-spin doesn't really do much for it. Give me more "Survivor" and less "Real Housewives".

Decent episode. At least the Sophia storyline finally came to an end. They drag shit out for way too long on this show.

I think Season 1 set the bar too high....this episode was another borefest. Other than the previous episode, season two has been garbage.
