Love that stuff. The first time I had it was at a beer tasting. The presenter asked "What does it taste like...that's right, coffee and alcohol." I still have a few of these set back. (I believe I might have given Justin one)

Yep, but I haven't had it yet.

Have you tried the Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale yet?

I've had it a few times. It's different to say the least. I'm not a huge fan of it as I think it has too much Bourbon flavor. It almost feels fake to me like they added Bourbon to the beer. Basically it reminds me of if you drop a shot of Bourbon and your beer glass and drink it. (Boilermaker) I know there are other that love it. I've seen it mixed 50/50 with Breckenridge Vanilla Porter call a Queens Silk.

Just had a bottle of Stone 15th Anniversary Imperial Black IPA. This beer is very overwhelming, looks like an imperial stout, but is hoppy as hell. Almost as if they made a Black and Tan with their Imperial Russian Stout and Ruination. Good black IPA though, I would recommend.

I almost picked up a bottle of that yesterday. Went with the Jah*Va instead. Probably get that pretty soon. I love black IPAs.

Judas priest. That sounds like it would beat me to hell.

Yeah, first sip smacked me in the face. It's the BIG brother to Sublimely Self Righteous.

That it is BORIS. I've had a few bottles this year as I love it. In fact I had a Sublimely Self Righteous the other day and followed it with the Stone 15th.

Thought about getting a bottle of Pumking like I do almost every Saturday, but have been wanting to try Jolly Pumkin's pumkin beer La Parcela. Should be an interesting combo, sour and spices. But if they can make it work with a stout and a hoppy beer, I'm sure it will work with this. To follow up I've got some Old Rasputin and Bear Republic Hop Rod Rye.

I'm finally tearing into the Yuengling I bought the other day. I really like the lager. I'm pumped to try the other kinds.
  • I Wear Pants
This your first time having Yuengling or have you had it before?

I have had it before but it has been a while.

Ah. I do like me some Yuengling. It's not that it's that great of a beer, it's that it is a pretty decent beer but at the price point of bad beer. Miller, Bud, and Yuengling are all the same price (Yuengling a bit cheaper around me actually) and I'll take the Yuengling everytime. Though I'm drinking that style of beer much less these days.

Well to me it tastes similar to Budweiser but I like it a little better and I'm a Budweiser fan. Now that it is being sold in Ohio it will be my number 1 for getting drunk.

It has a bit more flavor than Budweiser and I think is a little bit more carbonated but is pretty similar. IMO of course. As far as getting drunk beers go it's one of my favorites.

I actually like Yuengling's black & tan, and I'll go that way when the wallet is tight or I'm buying for several people.

Had a Great Divide Hoss Oktoberfest on Saturday night. Was pretty good, one of the best Oktoberfest beers I've had all season.

I bought a 12 pack of Coke last night. It was good.
