I Wear PantsSounds like you do. Is that a valid legal reason for getting out of a rental agreement? "They don't have a variety of beer in the area".

This is exactly what's on my primary right now. I was trying to find a decent hard cider recipe a few weeks back and found this.justincredible;915629 wrote:I'm going to be brewing an apfelwine as soon as I break down and buy myself a carboy. It's basically Strongbow but the total prep time to get it fermenting is about 20 minutes. Apple juice, dextrose, wine yeast, done. Let it sit for 2 months. Total cost will be right around $20 for 5 gallons. And it'll get you ****ed up right quick.

I'll leave it for another 3 weeks. A buddy of mine told me to let it sit for 5 months. Depending on how this goes, i'll probably make another batch and let it sit a few months.justincredible;916406 wrote:How much longer do you have on the apfelwine? -
bigdaddy2003Just got back from the wine shop and I picked up some Dogfish Head Punkin Ale and a bottle of the banana bread beer. Pretty stoked to find this place!
