He did, as did Burrow last year in those situations.

But we aren't going to get to see either

That was a pretty sweet play. I thought that was a td for sure.

I've favored him over Burrow since I saw him at the Spring Game...we're in good shape post-JT

you may want to stick to roundball if football is too stressful for you--just fricking relax, man!

Borland looked great in the game. Why is he not starting? Just the sample size I have seen of him, hes looked great. I guess I would have to see how he handle passing situations but he looked better than Worly to me.

I like Dobbins, but wonder why we are seeing very little of Webber. Is he still struggling with his hamstring? I understand that Dobbins is the best option, but I would think Webber earned some carries. I think Webber only had two yesterday.

Our dbs need some work. The times Army threw the ball it looked like a cluster fuck. The very first pass every db was beat and the qb threw the ball short making it look like our dbs made a good play. Not sure what needs to be done about this situation. Going to be a long year when the Buckeyes face a good qb that has a halfway decent line.

Jt just can't throw the ball down field. What is up with that? Has he even completed a pass that is over twenty yards?

The play calling was better this week. Hopefully they get all the bugs worked out before the big games. GO BUCKS!!!

Nah, if healthy he's need to grind out this season.... Depending on his touches and health to finish out the season, he could go pro.

smh--you do realize Army is the #2 ranked rushing offense in the country, right?

OSU just looks like a 9-3 team. Solid but too young in certain spots to make the playoffs. It's not like a few years ago where we were just a QB away from being a title team

#2 rushing team against sub par competition all season. I am sure that if OSU played their schedule and ran alot they would be #1 in teh country

The offensive scheme was pretty solid yesterday. They got the running game going, didn't rely too much on JT running the ball, and called a lot of easier throws to try to get JT in a rhythm. He still missed some throws downfield, but also completed a few too. Definitely a step in the right direction.

I don't think Weber is fully healthy, but I also think he may have simply lost his job since Dobbins is so good. He only has 7 carries carries in the last two games. That said, maybe they're making sure that his hamstring gets back to 100% before giving him a full workload, and they'll lean on him more once Big Ten play begins.

Defending the triple option is tough, especially when you rarely see it. Overall, the defense played okay, but they still have work to do. Gotta keep improving.

I saw the Urban said in his interview "we don't have a kicker who can kick the ball." I'm not a fan of college coaches throwing individual players under the bus. I guess Urban is.

Can he kick or not? If not, then there is nothing wrong with that statement.

    Let me get this straight.

A Brian Kelly supporter is taking issue with the way a coach is publicly criticizing his players and generally treating people?

I don't have any feelings good or bad about Kelly. I like Urban. I just don't like the way he has twice recently called out a former assistant and now a kid who plays on his current team.

I'm a moderate ND fan. Ohio State is my alma mater and first love. ND is my second team. One on one - I go Buckeyes all the way.
