Maybe if people quit paying attention to him and giving him a platform, he'll just go away
Not sure you understand what 15 minutes of fame really means. This guy has 3 kids who are going to major NCAA basketball programs and at least one of them will have a long NBA career. He is not going away. His kids will more than likely be around for the next 20-25 years, so that's how long he'll be around.

He's a dbag, but lots of legendary players had loud fathers.

He's really fucking Liangelo Ball because A) that kid isn't good and B) UCLA is going to be complete shit next year.

    Leaf, gone
    Ball, gone
    Hamilton, gone
    Alford, gone
    Anibogu, entered draft/reportedly gone
    Holiday, rumored to be transferring

Liangelo might get a lot of PT but the team will suck and won't be in the spotlight at all. That will kill LaVar even if Liangelo plays well.

It will just be the fault of the team's other players that his mediocre son doesn't look better than his actual talent dictates.

Coach Alford has to be super stoked knowing this dickhead will be around for the next 4+ years.

That's the price he paid for a title run with Lonzo.

Crazy considering his wife is white.

Kansas getting the Lawson brothers from Memphis. Fuck yeah
  • slingshot4ever
looks like both have to sit out this upcoming year...this could be the year Kansas doesn't win the big 12 regular season

Could have sworn I saw a list earlier today that didn't have Kansas on it lol.

    Big time get though.

I used to be way more in the know with Kansas bball, but I still follow a little of their offseason stuff. And I never even realized they were a possibility lol

The list I saw had KU, Duke, Iowa St, and Ole Miss

I found the original tweet I saw. Kansas is on the list. Somehow I missed them being on it lol

What role with the dad play at KU? I would assume they landed there because he was given a job. He was on the staff at Memphis when Pastner was there and Tubby kept him on as Development of Player Personnel(moreso to keep the kids around).

Edit...I guess the dad won't be coaching. Good read here.

I know it's a total pipe dream and totally not gonna happen...but Justin Jackson still hasn't declared for the draft. There is really no way he stays for his senior year. There can't be.

Other than Bradley testing the waters, I haven't heard a peep about any of the Carolina guys. I would assume Jackson leaves and Berry stays.

My assumption as well, and Bradley will be back.

Welsh and Holiday from UCLA enter the draft.

If neither (and Anigbogu) return, they lose every point scored from this year except one random Jr. who played 29 minutes and scored 2 points.

Rumors are that Miles Bridges will return to Spartyland.
  • Azubuike24
Looks like Frank Jackson is also off campus and planning to enter the draft. Nothing yet from Grayson Allen.

    Isaac Humphries leaving Kentucky.

Duke and UK are fighting for the best center in the class in Bamba and both probably going to desperately need him.

And Justin Jackson has declared for the draft. Really sad to see him go, although it was a given. Carolina had absolutely no chance of getting back to the FF, let alone winning it all, without his improvement and growth. One of my favorites from the past 5-6 years, that's for sure.

    Announcement tonight at 6.

Allonzo Trier is returning to Arizona too.

Agreed. Jackson is a great representative of Carolina basketball and I'm happy to see that he has improved his game and gets to fulfill his dreams of playing the NBA. #44 will be hanging in the rafters and he helped bring a championship to Chapel Hill. Can't ask for more.
