Duke loses again. I'm guessing K has some surgery complications soon.

NCAA plans to announce the top 16 in their bracket on 2/11. It's a good idea, but kind of pointless if they aren't going to update it again until selection Sunday.

Number 1 and 2 go down tonight. Gonzaga could jump to number 1 next week.

Yeah I posted that during the Kentucky game. I was hoping they would lose but I don't want to jinx it.

KU just cannot win in Morgantown. That was a dominating performance by the Mountaineers in that second half

Good news is Joshua jackson is a fucking beast. He's only going to get better leading up to the tourney.

Really though he's a monster. Only thing that would concern me a bit is how well WVU dominated them inside despite KU shooting pretty good from outside which made up for the poor free throw shooting.

I mean the Mountaineers just bullied them in that second half

WVU is a great team when the refs give them a favorable whistle and they are allow to play their style. I'm confident they can't win this style on neutral courts for 6 straight games though. No way, no how.

Disagree there as we saw VCU get to a Final 4 with it, but a team with terrific guards can easily beat or upset them as was the case last year with that Thomas Walkup dropping 35 on them

Making the Final Four is a big difference than winning it all. 4 games vs 6. I said 6.

    VCU won 5 that year.

    In WTF of the night...

Georgia Tech up 23 on FSU.

And? They didn't get past the Final Four. I'm willing to bet anything that WVU won't win 6 games straight outside of Morgantown, especially with the offensive trend in this year's CBB.

Creighton blown out by Georgetown, who sucks badly.

Honestly, without Watson, should this team be considered for the NCAA Tournament? We always hear about how teams should be considered for what they are on selection Sunday...and this team appears to not even be an NCAA caliber team despite their 18-3 record.

at Butler, vs Xavier, at Seton Hall, at Villanova, at Marquette...that's probably 5 more losses. They also play at DePaul and the Big East Tournament. If they finish 24-8 or 23-9, should they be left out?

Eh that's a little extreme but in that scenario I think maybe 11-12 seed level. Similar to how the year Turner was out forever OSU was a 2 seed as those losses basically didn't count

If Creighton doesn't win without Watson, they won't make it. Most people with decent knowledge have already said that.
  • Azubuike24
Win what? Games vs DePaul, St. John's, Georgetown at home, etc? I'm saying if they go like 23-9, they should still be left out because the bulk of their resume should maybe count for 25% of their credit toward their seed. They really suck without him.

Lol K has barred the team from the locker room and from wearing Duke gear.

    Indefinitely, I hope.

So...does Duke fall off the earth like 95-96?....or do they pull it together a bit and make the sweet 16 of tournament?
