wildcats20Gene Chizik stepping down as DC at Carolina. Big surprise. He actually made the defense somewhat decent.

wildcats20There's no money to pay players but Texas can get $10.5K lockers with 43 inch flat screens at each one.
-
Azubuike24The money most likely came from private donations and boosters, which is obviously not allowed to be paid to players. Nobody has ever questioned whether there is money available in the sport to pay players.

vball10setuh oh, Jabrill, you dumber than you look...

I thought he was a lock for Penn St. Read he grew up a Penn St fan. He said he wants to explore his other options and that Penn St is still his number 1. Every one of the sites I have looked at says OSU is the favorite to land him. -

mcburg93This caught me off guard. I have to think there is a good reason for him to step down. Is he sick? Is a family member sick? Is some big ncaa scandal getting ready to break? lol
-
wildcats20All I've seen is that he isn't sick and that he just wants to live. Can't really blame him, his dad died at about the same age he is now.

Just 56, Stoops won 10 Big 12 Championships in his time in Norman. He's reportedly stepping down because he's ready and wants to “go live life.” -
mcburg93I hope that its the go live life. I could not imagine the pressure those guys deal with on a daily basis.
