    Agreed.

Noon start for OSU v. Mich this year....blah. Would much rather have a 3:30 start personally. Seems like team/fans are still half asleep at noon. Plus, not ideal for west coast exposure to start a game at 9am

The Game doesn't need exposure; it's OSU vs. Mich. You could play it at 3:30AM and people would stay up to watch it.

    No fucks given.

Hasn't it started at noon the past several years?

Wtf? Noon start Michigan games are the best.
  • thavoice
Personally I would like to see it at night but it is almost always a day game.
  • Mulva
Not a surprise, but noon starts are the worst.

every year for at least the past 25 years it has been either noon or 1:00, with the exception of 2006 (3:30 start)

Noon starts are for Toledo vs. Kent...not the best rivalry in sports.

It's tradition...but it sucks. Wish it was a night game.

I get the argument...but I hate the "it's tradition" thing. Remember how much of an uproar there was when they changed the stripes and added black on the uniforms in like 2006? Or when we wore an alternate uniform? People lost their minds...so dumb.

I am all for traditions, but a start time isnt really a big deal at all for me, tradition-wise.

I'd correct my statement from before..."some" traditions are dumb...but for the most part I agree with this. If we kept all traditions...we'd still be running 3 back and running 85% of the time up the middle.

Good to know who the real fans are vs. the ones who QQ about game starting times.

Haha, and I bet you were one of the guys who flipped out about a change of a stripe on uniforms? REAL FANS KNOW YOU CAN'T MAKE ANY CHANGES EVER!!!!!! LET'S RUN RUN RUN AND PUNT TO FLIP THE FIELD! PUNTING FROM THEIR 37 ON 4TH AND 2 IS THE SMART PLAY!!! TRADITION RULES! Give me a break.

I prefer the noon kick. That way you don't have to spend the early afternoon watching shit games.

False. It's not about tradition; its about not complaining about the times of the game.

Real fans do not care. That's the only statement that I made and its based entirely in reality; surprised? I'm not. Everything I say is just an extension of reality.

Not complaining just like night games compared to noon kickoffs.

Like riding in a bus around the stadium to run down a hill in the stadium at Clemson.

We were watching that last week and was like...>WTF is that shit?

    My two cents...

    Good 8:00/9:00pm start
    Better 12:00pm start
    Best 3:30pm start

Honorable Mention (only because it rarely happens) 5:30/6:00pm start
