  How the fuck do you miss that when every scoring play is reviewed. Officials are as bad as kickers. Penalties for sucking at your job are not harsh enough for football refs.

  Review would come from the booth. EVERY scoring play is reviewed. Well, most, I guess.

  I've seen games where it's road refs on the field and home replay official in the booth too, so who knows.
  
  The only way it wouldn't be reviewed is if they get the PAT off before they have a chance to, but you would think that would have stood out on an initial look in time to buzz down.
