    Cya cbf.

What an insanely idiotic comment to make. And very random to just bring wiggins into the topic out of nowhere.

Smh, go back to not posting on this site will ya?

Just to clarify my comments, I'm not saying that Matta should go or anything even close to that. He's one of the best coaches and recruiters in the country. I'm just saying that he and his staff deserve some of the blame in not developing these players over the last few years. Someone mentioned that Amir and Lenzelle's numbers have improved over the years, but really it's only because they are getting more minutes. All of these players are essentially the same players that they were when they came to OSU, and that is a major problem. Not sure how anyone can say otherwise.

2013: Finished #2 in B1G regular season, B1G Tourney champs, Elite Eight appearance, finished top 10 in polls.

I think their development is ok.

His shot is beyond atrocious. I guarantee almost everyone on this board can hit the 3 better than him

Not cbf. For one, he's 80. And also, he'll never admit someone other than an Ohio State player is better than an Ohio State player.

Did I question his character? Didn't take a shot. Simple said he plays when he chooses. Its called laziness. I am far from the only one who has said this. Its the knock on him how he disappears during long stretches of games. And yes, I have seen him play plenty and its a legit issue.

You worry about your own team's many issues and let me worry about Kansas' "issue" of wiggins "playing when he wants to play"

What are the shot attempt numbers per game?

Don't forget, Matta had his shooter in this class, and he wasn't willing to stick it out. He's currently shooting 47% from 3 for Dayton.

For one, disappearing for stretches does not equal laziness...at all. Passive play doesn't equal laziness. That's just a dumb comment.

Secondly, you didn't directly question his character. But you said Craft is everything good in college, and insinuated it was a travesty someone like Wiggins made the cover of a magazine. But it isn't, cause his character is tremendous and he is 10x the player Craft is.

Wiggins>>>>>>>>>Craft. Jesus. Wiggins is a hell of a player, but he does seem to lack the killer instinct that stars have. Hopefully he gets it, but that's usually not something you can teach.

That maybe true, but doesn't mean he is lazy. At all.

...and JD Weatherspoon is averaging 11 pts and 6 boards for Toledo. These guys (JD & Sibert) didn't/couldn't get it done in Cbus, and sometimes all that's needed is a change. It worked out for them, but that doesn't mean that if they'd stayed the results would have been the same....HOWEVER, would I like to have these two back at OSU putting up these numbers? Hell yes!!!

    This is true, so far.

However, the last few games he has looked 10x more aggressive than usual. I think he's starting to come around.

But regardless, none of this means he is lazy. CBF is such a fucking dumbass

    Reps.

Hopefully CBF shuts the hell up now about this, and this thread can get back to osu bball and not how great a person Craft is and how Andrew Wiggins suffocates babies.

I think the problem with Amir isn't actually development but the want to play the game. He plays like he doesn't care half the time. When someone gets on his ass he can be a force (remember sully up in his shit during the Syracuse game and how well he played after that?)

I coached a kid in middle school who was one of the best 7th and 8th graders I had ever seen. But, you could just tell he didn't care for basketball. He is still playing at the varsity level and literally hasn't gotten any better. Scored 27 a game for me in middle school, averaging less than 5 as a sr in hs because he just doesn't like to play.

Loving picks up his 2nd and he literally wasn't touching him.
