Roscoe Smith, 30.23. Who knew he would lead the country in rebounding?

It's funny, too, because UNLV was one of the teams from which the most players were picked for our draft (3), yet the nation's leading rebounder was not taken. I think UK was the most with 4. St. John's, oddly enough, had 3 also. As did Duke and Kansas, off the top of my head.

Edit: Looks like Duke had 4 also. Forgot about Quinn Cook.

Aaron Harrison (25.51 PPG) wasn't one of them.

The correct answer is actually probably Delon Wright. 15.7, 6.3, 5.9, 1.1, 2.8, (2.1) for a net of 38.125 fantasy points per game.

I was gonna take him with my last pick, but pussed out because I wasn't 100% confident in trusting a JUCO transfer. Of course, I went with Jordan Loveridge instead, and he's still netting me 34.275 per game.

    You bitches.

    You are very ironical.

    Damn you.

Haha, that was before I did any research. I mean, I took freaking McAdoo in the 2nd round. I did 4 hours of research after that. It paid off.

I did a ton of research...but it was way to frontloaded. All my research was null after round 4 or 5. From there, I still did a lot of research, but not enough to make the right pick in all situations.

My first goal was finding enough guys to fill 3-4 rounds (which would have been rounds 3-6 by the time I started looking), but after that I was looking for guys who didn't put up enormous numbers last year, but that I thought had the potential to make big jumps. Ended up getting, I believe, Birch, Bachynski, Long, Carter Jr., and Loveridge with my last 5 picks.

Excluding Carter, I would say that they've ended up being 4 of my top 6 players, although to be fair Long was my WC pick.

Not to give away my draft secrets for next year...

Yeah, I went with guys who were proven over their careers and would be SR leaders/steady guys. Amazingly, FIVE of those guys have had massive dropoffs...not directly with numbers...but consistency/playing time because they have sucked. Marks, Sykes, Wright, Hawkins (WC...ugh) and to a lesser extent Tymell Murphy.

Then, guys I figured would have huge jumps, Gary Harris and Markel Brown have been great. But Harris cant stay healthy.

McD, Joseph Young, Embiid and Noah Vonleh have done exactly or more then I expected. Thats only 5/12 (or 6 if you count Harris)...which isnt too good. But, I cant complain. 4th place (until I get last this week lol).
