Where the money went is a pretty important factor IMO. If Te'o was in on it....fuck him. He should get charged with fraud. How do you explain people discussing first hand knowing Manti met the girl? Talked to her on the phone? Were there when he got the call that she had passed and witnessed him crying? I mean these aren't lame sources either. We're talking about the national media and the most connected media outlets to Notre Dame. Was everyone fooled?
If so, whoever perpetuated the hoax is one of the greatest EVER. The person should be recognized nationally with multiple awards. -
