I know it was real early in the year, but they lost AT HOME to Nebraska. No one has to worry about THIS Wake team in the ACCT. They are bad.

I didn't see any of the game today, but I assume Wake shot the lights out and Miami just sucked.

Last time I checked, Greensboro is a neutral site. And, in an early round game against one of the top tier teams in the ACC -- say Duke or Miami again -- the Greensboro Coliseum would be a home game for Wake. This is a dangerous team led by a great senior in C.J. Harris who can score with anyone.

Again, Wake has already beaten N.C. State and Miami and had Duke and UConn on the ropes. Do not discount them.

    OK, I'll play.

Neutral sites for Wake this year...
    UConn, lost by 6.
    Iona, lost by 26
    Mercer, won by 3

    They aren't good.

Wake is bad. I've seen them enough to know they are bad. That's a pretty bad loss

    Yeah they just aren't good.

Rumors were it was just a bad relationship with the AD.

Regardless of your opinion of Wake, Miami's loss there was not surprising in the least. I honestly would have been completely shocked if Miami had covered the spread today. The Deacons are not a team completely devoid of talent.

It's a team that could win a game in Greensboro.

Doesn't appear necessarily, but it's probably a better job being in the SEC versus an unstable Big XII. K-State is probably going to be a victim of a Big XII demise.

He should be able to recruit some very good talent in the south to Carolina. We'll see. I like having his personality in the league. The opposite of Darrin Horn.

KU is getting their revenge. 34-9 with 3 minutes left in the first half.

VCU made a huge comeback today to beat Xavier on the road.

I have a small wager on Kansas so I am hoping the revenge tastes sweet. I thought -22 (when I took it) was pretty nice for a game in Allen.

Alabama blows a 10-point lead in regulation. Loses 97-94 at LSU in 3 OT.

    I had Alabama +2.5.

    Someone delete my Sportsbook account...

I said it after that loss. Mark the date when TCU comes into Lawrence. A bloodbath...

Montana and Davidson has been a good one on the U.

North Carolina State making it a game in Chapel Hill. The Pack back within 41 to 42 after trailing by 10 at the break.

This is only one of two days out of the year that I am a fan of Scott Wood.

    Scott Wood is great.

Fwiw it was only 6 at half

Otto Porter is good at basketball.

Ah. My mistake. I thought I heard somebody on ESPN say it was 38 to 28 at the half. They -- or I -- must have been mistaken.

Montana covered against Davidson. Really solid game that went to OT.

New Mexico and Colorado State in a good one right now. Georgetown up on Syracuse.
  • Mulva
I'm not sure I've ever seen a Colorado State home game. I'm a fan of this arena.
  • reclegend22
Georgetown spread looking pretty awesome right about now. The Hoyas completed a four-point play a few minutes back that pretty much stunted any Orange momentum and completely silenced the Carrier Dome.

John Thompson III is going to close out this rivalry in the Carrier Dome the way his father did in the last game Syracuse ever played in its old home, Manley Field House, with a win.

Kendall Williams has hit 10/13 from beyond the arc today. New Mexico going to win at Colorado State.
