NOPE! OT, tied at 51 after 2 Otto Porter FTs with 7.3 seconds remaining.Laley23;1406443 wrote:Cuse gonna hold on? Up 51-49 with the ball. 14 to shoot, 36 on the game clock. -
Laley23Kentucky back within 12 (were down 21) with about 10 to play vs Vandy.
-
friendfromlowryI wonder if Duke has ever lost a game in which they shot >25% from beyond the arc.
-
Terry_TateKentucky will win this. Book it.
-
Ironman92Refs are too touchy in the Cuse game

17 with 5 to go. Not looking good.Laley23;1406456 wrote:Kentucky back within 12 (were down 21) with about 10 to play vs Vandy. -

No Sir. -
Ironman92That was an unbelievable dunk.
-
Laley23Dez Wells dont care. 30 pts, 10/10 from the FT line.

Book it.
I hope everyone took my advice and placed bets. -
Terry_TateMaryland gonna win. B1G! B1G! B1G!
-
MulvaMark Turgeon needs to lighten up a little bit. Big win for Maryland. Not enough yet, though.

Laley23Is Indiana the #1 overall no matter what now? I think yes.
I thought if IU and Duke both won out, IU wouldve gotten it, but with Duke losing, I think IU can get it without winning the BTT. -
Ironman92Seriously....these refs in the Cuse/Gtown OT game are soft.

Good. Small reverse jinx but had to do it. -

I'n not saying that you are saying this is important....but have never understood the importance of being the overall #1. -

I know.....I am the king of those. -

I think Louisville could grab it if Indiana loses their next game. Championship would add wins over ND and Syracuse to their resume, giving them 11 total in the top 50 with a Big East regular season and tourney title.Laley23;1406471 wrote:Is Indiana the #1 overall no matter what now? I think yes.

Ironman92Cuse wins.....no Gtown #1 seed

I still say Indiana over Lville -

Well, the way it was setting up, this year wouldnt have mattered (I dont think). But when the regionals are in INDY and the first rounds in Dayton, you kinda would like that over Louisville, GT, etc. taking it and sending IU south or to DC or something.Ironman92;1406476 wrote:I'n not saying that you are saying this is important....but have never understood the importance of being the overall #1.
Also, the fourth 2 seed is shaping up to be fairly weak (record wise, obviously will have talent). Would love that in IUs region versus a team fighting for a 1 seed as the 2 in my bracket. -

Iowa
Iowa
UNC

I dont know for sure, but are all of these teams in the top 50 (Iowa Im not sure). If so, that gives them 11 wins, and no bad losses.
I am glad that it looks like Louisville could grab a #1. Hopefully they DONT take #1 overall (and the Midwest) and then IU will be able to avoid them till the FF, if they both make it. -
MulvaSeed-Madness says IU is 9-5 against the top 50. Iowa's RPI is still above 70. Louisville also has a better last 10, RPI, and OOC SOS.
Couldn't go wrong either way, but on paper I think the Cardinals would have the edge. -
Laley23
Thanks. I wonder how high Iowa jumps if they beat MSU? Probably not to the top 50 unless they beat MSU and OSU.Mulva;1406489 wrote:Seed-Madness says IU is 9-5 against the top 50. Iowa's RPI is still above 70. Louisville also has a better last 10, RPI, and OOC SOS.
