You looking for a biased or unbiased opinion?

FYI, I just looked at the fake FG (possible man down field) play. When Dileo throws it, the OL farthest down the field was actually only a yard past the LOS. I think the way it played out is just seemed like they were further down.

^^Yea, the 2 that were down field were receivers #84 and looked like #49

I have just been informed that the crew that worked this game was also a PAC10 crew. They may have been instructed not to call this type of action by their supervisor after this game.

I'm looking for any opinion, just on a national level. For the record, IMO, all opinions are biased in some way (and you do know I was kidding about emailing Cowherd, right?)

Not sure if our needs its own thread, but Darryl Stonum got a ticket for driving on a revoked license. How does that effect his red shirt? Here I was told taking games away changes behavior.

Of course they are biased. Otherwise they wouldn't be opinions. :D

Been surfing the college officiating forums. The general consensuses was that it was not a catch, but not enough to over turn the call on the field. However, two of the FG's Michigan kicked, the kicker false stared by moving forward before the snap was not called and should have been. Bottom line, the VT coach was an idiot, and is way past his prime.

That was my point--I wasn't quite sure why sonofanump asked me that

His decision on the fake punt was mind boggling, but that's the way he's always coached--and it really bit him on the ass this time.

Did Brady Hoke take his shirt off?

I also love the Holly Rowe forearm after the game.

At first, I thought it was a run/punt option that we see a lot of now...like the rugby style punt. You know, if it's there take it, if not, then punt.. It seemed to me that the punter just made a bad choice.

Could very well have been...regardless, it was a bad choice, whoever made it
