They're just an average, second-round-at-best tournament team.
Well, when Ive watched them, including tonight they have sucked. So I stand by my eyeball test lol. Im sure they arent as bad as I think. Ive only watched them in their more marquee games so its skewed.

I also figured Louisville couldnt score on Syracuse, but I didnt think Syracuse would struggle offensively so badly as well.

Fuckin Thomas Robinson playing his worst game of the year...he's been so consistent this year, this is the first game in a while I remember thinking he's playing this bad.

Also, I'm not a "these refs are cheating our boys" kinda guy..but god damnit refs, come on...make it a little less obvious, por favor

The Wildcats trail 30 to 32 about midway through the second half. This is obviously a very important game for KU to stay on pace with Mizzou for what would likely be the No. 1 seed in St. Louis.

As the announcers stated earlier, I can't wait for Mizzou at Kansas and, more importantly, the Big XII Tournament. A KU-Mizzou final would be pretty epic, I think.
Mizzou at Kansas is going to be the best environment of any game this year..mark it down

Tonight certainly didn't help my point lol

    They're not very good..but I wouldn't say they're bad. I think of bad as .500, not a tourney team/bubble team.

You think it will be better than UK-IU?

The officiating lately has been suspect AT BEST.

    Oh and best environment....

There is still a game to be played in Durham.

Oh yes. With all due respect to IU...this game has everything going for it.

Last time these two rivals will play (at least in the Big 12).

They absolutely HATE each other..it goes beyond basketball.

    Big 12 on the line.

    Allen Fieldhouse.

KU going for 8 conference titles in a row.

    It'll be ridiculous

We shall see. You are underestimating the rivalry between IU and UK, I think. UK just dropped UNC because they wanted to keep the IU game in place and had to choose.

That IU game consistently (ie, for over 50% of the game) had a decibel level of what a jet engine takes off at. The way Assembly Hall is built allows for it to get louder than most places. Allen Fieldhouse is great, but I cant see it matching what Assembly Hall was. We shall see though.

Lol I siad all respect to IU!

No but normally Mizzou/Kansas is good but "the best" in terms of environment. There are definitely others. I just think this year with everything going on with Mizzou going to the SEC, and the Big 12 being on the line, it's going to be on another level.

If this were just any other year, obviously there are better places.

Tyshawn Taylor killing it, single handedly winning this game for Kansas

    He's got I believe 20 points
  • SportsAndLady
Yeah that's right, our 7 footer shoots our technicals lol
  • reclegend22
Kansas State fans doing that thing where they squirm to and fro like diseased centipedes. I saw this live when watching Duke play K-State in Kansas City for the CBE Classic and it was the stupidest thing I've ever seen without a doubt.

That muther fucker Samuels has hit 4 god damn 3's tonight..he's made 8 all year
  • wildcats20
    Great call.
  • SportsAndLady
That was one of the worst charging calls I've ever seen lol wow
  • Crimson streak
    Kind of a dumb foul
  • Crimson streak
He should have never left his feet like that. That was a nice move btw by mcgruder
  • SportsAndLady

    No it wasn't.

One of the worst calls was the non push off on Taylor.
  • wildcats20
    Shit, great block.
  • SportsAndLady
    Thank God for Withey
  • wildcats20
Drop it off or kick it to the corner....anything but what he did lol

Taylor didn't push off. His arm was extended out, but he didn't push. The defender was falling down already and it just looked like a push off because his arm was out.

So why was that a bad charge call? Dude was there 2 seconds before he ever released the pass.
