I actually get mad when he calls UK games. He just slobs on their knobs the entire time. I can't imagine having to hear him as a fan of the opposing team.Laley23;1086057 wrote:I cant stand Jimmy Dykes. -

1) Thomas Robinson
2) Anthony Davis
3) Jared Sullinger -
reclegend22I'm just delighted to see that The Black Falcon is nowhere near that national player of the year poll. Sadly, yes, I do find the underacheivements of a nineteen-year-old pretty gratifying. Lol.

chicago510UNC in a tight one first half against Miami. They upset Duke, could they possibly knock off the Heels?
-
ironman02Carolina has made 2 three-pointers in the last six halves of basketball. Someone shoot the damn ball!!!
Johnson basically did nothing in the first half because of foul trouble and the Canes are still up 5. We'll see if the Heels show some heart in the second half. -
Azubuike24Huge game for Miami. They could play great and still lose...and still be in serious NCAA trouble. They need to go 9-7 in the ACC. Currently 6-4, lose tonight and it's 6-5. Still have at Maryland, vs FSU and at N.C. State.
Connecticut stops the bleeding by pounding DePaul.
Northwestern in serious trouble losing at Indiana.
South Florida looking to go to 9-4 in the Big East, pounding Villanova. -
reclegend22The Black Falcon is heating up in the second half, hitting three triples in the last handful or so of minutes alone and going for 23 in the game thus far. He is certainly Carolina's most lethal perimeter jump shooter and, as iron alluded to above, the Heels will need him (and Bullock) to continue fulfilling this role. Carolina will not be able to cut down the nets without at least moderately good outside scoring.
On cue, Miami, who has led a good portion of the game, has begun to shoot three-pointers from Disney World and let its lead dissolve. -

ironman02Carolina gets the tough road win, 73-64 over Miami.
Clemson on Saturday in Chapel Hill. -

Lol no I was being serious. Miami did what I expected them to. Melt. For a minute there, it felt like old times and that Frank Haith was once again on the sideline in South Beach. (Last year's 18-point second half collapse for the Canes against UNC in the ACC Tournament still boggles my mind.) But certainly credit Carolina and Barnes. The Falcon put his talent on full display during a crucial five or six minute stretch in the second half and made a flurry of baskets that were just too much for the Canes. When he plays with that type of focus, Carolina is tough to beat if you don't have Austin Rivers.ironman02 wrote:Don't even try that ****! -

It's going to be a wild evening in Cameron. Not only do you have the rivalry, but Carolina, and especially Tyler Zeller, is going be hunting for blood. It will be a payback game and those always make for the most keyed up environments. I can't wait either, but, for the reasons I just explained, the moments leading up to tip off will certainly be accompanied by serious nerves. -
ironman02Still a lot of basketball to be played before that night, but honestly, I'm having a hard time caring about any of it. I just want that game to be RIGHT NOW. There's probably no tougher place to play than Cameron on Senior Night, but as you said, Carolina will be highly motivated. It'll be tough for them to win that game in that environment against a good Duke team. The ACC Regular Season "Title" will most likely be on the line in some form, a #1 seed in the Big Dance could be up for grabs, but it comes down to just one thing for me, and I'm sure it does for the Heels as well....good, old-fashioned REVENGE!

Speaking of Frank Heath..a LOT of Missouri fans are hoping their words on message boards don't get resurrected when they hired him LOLreclegend22;1087224 wrote:Lol no I was being serious. ironman02Not only do we have Duke fans still gloating about that debacle last week, now we have people posting highlights of the most painful season in the history of Carolina basketball. Can't take much more.

Little DannyBearcats beat Providence by double digits. "Cats up by 24 at one point in second half before the Friars tried to make it interesting down the stretch.
