Fickell went to DeSales, I went to Ready. Same conference. We attend the same church. I see him at Tartan Fields. I have a friend who was in his wedding. So yes, I probably did want him to succeed more than most. Try harder next time.
Exact same logic Tiger uses when going off on a marine tangent. STFU and stop being pretentious.

As for the second part of your half-witted attempt of a post, to be within the realm of possibility means to not be impossible. Any other definition is wrong.

I have no clue what the first part of your post teams.

It's impossible for OSU to go undefeated. Happy now? Your wording was poor. And your definition is vague.

You are much more immature than I ever imagined. I'm embarrassed for you.

I'm not the one who said "who the he will" here....

I heard a clip from the Fickell conference today. I came away feeling even worse about his chances of keeping the job.

He said something to the effect that he still didn't know who was going to play, didn't know what he was going to do, and was going to let practice decide who plays.

Apparently 3 games and 20+ practices weren't enough for him to evaluate the QBs. Personally, the Toledo game would have been enough for me to phase out Bauserman. The performance at Miami would have also been a clue.

It's really becoming pathetic. I don't care who he picks, but the co-starters label is so weak. Grow a set and name one of them the starter. It's the QB position, only one guy can start. It's really an insult to everyone that he continues with his play on words of co-starters.

Acting like he was just being sarcastic now? Hardly. He was trying to be a prick and did it very poorly.

Let's make one thing very clear when it comes to the potentiality of Urban Meyer taking the Ohio State head coaching position if offered: the programs status with the NCAA will have NO bearing on his decision to take the job or not. If he wants the job and is offered, he isn't going to turn it down because of a few scholarship reductions and a bowl ban. Any possible NCAA sanctions won't even weigh into his decision making process because this is his dream job and this is likely the only opportunity he will have to take it.

Completely agree. All it would do would give him more negotiating power a salary and the budget for assistant coaches.

If Ohio State does offer him the job they are going to give him the keys to the castle anyway. They can afford it.

If they played right now with Bauserman playing qb, I would reluctantly have to agree ND is better than OSU, however in a couple weeks that may not be the case. At this current moment Wisconsin, Michigan State, Michigan, Nebraska, and Illinois are all playing better than OSU but we'll see how things play out, get the suspended players back ,change QB, Maybe?
Urban Meyer would be the quickest fix (great for recruiting), as far as getting the Bucks back to a top 10 team, but I don't think that he would stay more than 3-5 years. (seems like what he does) I don't know what established winning head coaches would be interested in the job, I'm sure that quite a few would be.

I am far from a Fickell defender but he knows who is playing Saturday (Miller) but is just not saying it to the media. How about him actually saying he was saving the timeout's for when they got the ball back, which they never did. Are you kidding me?

You could see him arguing on the headset with his hands together like he was gonna call a timeout before Miami did. You have to wonder.... was he really that confused, or was Bollman being a jackass? My guess is a bit of both

thanks...I'd be curious to know if he has other "dream jobs", aka OSU?

OSU is the more attractive job. If he's willing to come to Cbus they will get him. Money is no concern. I have mixed feelings on the issue of Meyer as our head coach.

I do not have mixed feelings.

    Do. Not. Want.
