OneBuckeyeFrom rivals chat about jennings.
Mike Farrell: Brian in Richmond, VA -- he hasn't even hinted, most think it's between UVA and Wake. -

Jennings has mentioned wanting to play WR, OSU sees him as a DB I believe.Wooball;661796 wrote:If Jennings wants to play at the next level, he is not going to get there as a QB. Hopefully that plays into his decision and would be good for the Bucks. Is he still announcing soon? -

Should be any time now... -
OneBuckeyeAnd Jennings goes to Virginia.
-
OneBuckeyeWell so far today we kept Price and lost Walker and gained Jones. I will be dissapointed if walker turns out to be a stud OT because that is what we need. I am not sure if he will be exactly that or not. Only time will tell.
I am ready to move to the main event in C Grant. I don't think there is anyone saying he is going anywhere but OSU. Lets hope that is the case. -
j_crazyso the bucks are 0-3? seems fitting.
COME ON CURTIS GRANT! -
vball10setcome on, Curtis, come to papa (OSU)

COME ON CURTIS GRANT!
I think we are 2 -5
Price and Jones. signed.
Story has eliminated us for almost a week now. Jennings went from a good chance to slight chance for about 2 weeks.
Obviously the huge loss (literally) is Walker. In my mind we are 2-3. -
purple_reinSo far everything has been very predictable (except Walker who was a toss up).
If things continue this way, we will have Grant and be done at 23.
Now we must sit around and wait for 4 hours. -
OneBuckeyeDon't be surprised if this guy gets Walkers Scholly, he is visiting OSU with chance to be perferred walkon this weekend. Not sure if they will up the ante or not.

-
se-alumNevermind, just remembered it 1:50.

1:30 on ESPN or ESPNU not sure which. -

I have heard Glasgow is preferred walkon and likely to choose the Bucks unless he receives a scholly from somewhere else.OneBuckeye;661824 wrote:Don't be surprised if this guy gets Walkers Scholly, he is visiting OSU with chance to be perferred walkon this weekend. Either way, we are slated to have 11 scholarship OL next season and 4 will be seniors. That is weak. Next years class will be no more than 20 and we will need at least 6 of those to be OL IMO. -

I agree, be at least we have Kalis (edit: and Boren) already locked up. There are a lot of athletic linemen out there for next year where this year seemed to be more big maulers. -

The good thing is, other than maybe a spot or 2 for WR, we should be able to focus almost completely on OL/DL. LB's, RB's, and DB's are pretty well set.purple_rein;661835 wrote:I have heard Glasgow is preferred walkon and likely to choose the Bucks unless he receives a scholly from somewhere else.

Yes, Guards this year, Tackles next year. And Kalis is a monster. I would not be surprised if he starts at RT from day one in 2012. I like the prospects of him and Norwell as our tackles. In fact, I like our projected starters beyond 2011, just no depth. -

dat dudeWalker heading out west wasn't really much of a surprise to me. He gave every indication that he wasn't the typical OSU-Glenville recruit.
If we close with Grant, I'll be thrilled. -

I only see 3 that will be seniors next year.
Our Fresh OL next year will be
Underwood
Bobeck
Brown
Carter
Don't forget some people think Chase Farris would be our best OL recruit if we recruited him as such. If it turns out that tackle is a huge need he could possibly switch. -

Another guy that could play offense in an emergency situation. Though I think he will be a beast on the DL.OneBuckeye;661855 wrote:Michael Bennett DT 6-3/275 Centerville, OH (Centerville) Scout DT#8, Rivals DT#3, ESPN OG#7
