Everything I say is of substance. You best get with it.killdeer wrote:

xnds1fanI was on jj tonight around 11:30 when all of the spamming started popping up. The mods didn't catch it for a good 90 minutes.
-
xnds1fanThe freehuddlers that go up to the football finals need to start "free huddle dot com" chants going anytime JJ or the crew are around either of the two stadiums.
-
Curly JWho the hell care about JJ, Old news like his underware.
-
xnds1fanI sent a reply to one of the mass emailings from JJhuddle stating. I was thinking of paying but after watching how slow the boards are I doubt I will.
I recieved this response
The boards are picking up everyday. We'd love to have you contribute.

iuhoosier11I seriously wonder if this move was planned before they even bought the site. Make it free again and build up traffic for a year or so and then hit'em with a subscription fee at the busiest time of the year....the high school football playoffs. I really think this was planned a long time ago. They talked themselves into believing that it would work.

thePITmanHaha. There's a thread that I started still on the front page... last post was on the 15th!!

dwccrewJJHuddle is old news. I don't care anymore. It's like being bitter over a breakup even though you are with someone new (freehuddle). I don't care about the old huddle, I am done thinking about it and totally devoted to the freehuddle!
-
iuhoosier11You know it's getting bad when JJ mods are registering over here. Welcome Ytowngirlinfla...

fortfanThe mods got in for free...and there is like 40 of them??? So actually paying members has to be real low. I know of 1 guy that paid...
-
YtowngirlinflaI'm really diggin the freehuddle.com, they huddle was WAY too uptight and pretty much I can almost bet it's done at least with old members coming to the site. They may be able to hang on to newbs if they decide to go free again.

Yeah I joined, I like talking about sports with adults in adult language. I'm in the Navy and I'll admit I swear like a sailor and talk about "adult" stuff all the time.iuhoosier11 wrote: You know it's getting bad when JJ mods are registering over here. Welcome Ytowngirlinfla... -

Completely agree. This was planned long in advance.iuhoosier11 wrote: I seriously wonder if this move was planned before they even bought the site. But I wonder if they thought it would be this bad? It's totally backfired on them. I don't know how many paying members they have but if I didn't have mod status I know I wouldn't pay. $12 a year isn't much but I don't make much money and I'd rather invest it.RedRider1 wrote:

Mooney44CardsGood to see you again ytowngirl, its been awhile! I don't work at that place anymore.....oh and what phone you rockin these days?
-
stationrunYou know it's bad over there when the mods start coming to this site, even though they can post for free there!! Not much fun to post if the site is deserted!
I always spent the majority of my time over on the cross country/track & field portion of the site. So far since JJ's went "pay to post" 6 days ago there have been a whopping 8 posts in that section, OUCH. -

when you have 3 (1,000,000) (un)written rules, you need a shit ton of mods.fortfan wrote: The mods got in for free...and there is like 40 of them??? So actually paying members has to be real low. I know of 1 guy that paid... -

Yeah me either but I've been in the Navy since. I still have my touch pro. I love it cause I can turn it into a wireless router and beem to my laptop and 360 via wmwifirouter.Mooney44Cards wrote: Good to see you again ytowngirl, its been awhile! NateThey will be free again I have a feeling but this time I think they left a sour taste. Last time they only charged "new" members. Now they are trying to charge everyone. Free forums are a dime a dozen and they seem to think that people don't like change and will just man up the $12.
