I live in Virginia now. I moved primarily because I got a huge raise and wanted to pay less in taxes(substantially less actually).like_that;1785816 wrote:Are you going to vote in the DC primary tomorrow?
And no, I'm not a registered anything(D/R) so I didn't vote. I will be voting in the GE though. -
HitsRusCruz and Rubio cannot/will not win Ohio, so any vote for anyone other than Kasich is a vote for Trump. The same is true in Florida, where a vote for anyone other than Rubio, is a vote for Trump. These are winner take all states, so all the delegates go to the winner no matter how small the margin.

HitsRusBREAKING.....
The time for anti Trump forces is NOW.... And it looks like the other three candidates realize it and have struck a deal. Kasich and Rubio are now all in on their 'winner take all' home states of Ohio and Florida, and have pulled their campaigns from other states that Cruz had a chance to win in. Cruz has pulled his campaign from Florida and Ohio. Rubio has directly come out and told his Ohio supporters to vote for John Kasich.
Thus is the last stand of the stop Trump forces.

If he isn't already, Trump would be a disaster to the GOP now and in the future. It only gets worse if he gets the GOP nomination. -

Trump is going to hammer that as "being treated unfairly" and use it to justify running as an independent.sleeper;1785852 wrote:Pretty incredible to see this.

But in a way it is fair - if Trump is going to claim he deserves the nomination on a plurality of votes, then make these primaries a referendum on him. In a contested convention, there are argument for all three of Rubio/Cruz/Kasich to stay in the game. But that would keep giving delegates to Trump.
Seems this might be as close as we get to a one-on-one referendum. Not ideal, obviously. Will be interesting to see just how many people get this message, and whether they will choose to ignore it. -
Dr Winston O'BoogieAll these Republican politicians and RNC supporters scrambling to stop Trump is so stupid. With every move they make, they drive more and move voters into Trump's camp.

Yeah, Trump's deal that has him getting so many votes is that he's not part of the Washington political machine. When you have members of that machine striking deals together solely to attempt to keep Trump out, it's just going to add fuel to his fire in the "LOOK AT THESE LITTLE BITCHES TEAMING UP TO STOP ME!!!!!" manner.Dr Winston O'Boogie;1785858 wrote:All these Republican politicians and RNC supporters scrambling to stop Trump is so stupid. iclfan2Kasich is apparently not on board. Told media Rubio can lose in Florida without his help.
And how is it stupid? They need to ensure Trump doesn't get the nomination.

It doesn't matter at this point.... they'll lose if they do nothing also.Dr Winston O'Boogie;1785858 wrote:All these Republican politicians and RNC supporters scrambling to stop Trump is so stupid. With every move they make, they drive more and move voters into Trump's camp.
Besides, this is a deal that the Donald should be able to appreciate given that he lives by the same sword. Make no mistake, Donald has been making deals and playing the candidates against each other.....Christie's suicide bombing of Rubio, Jeff Sessions suddenly abandoning Cruz.
....and how does Ben Carson end up endorsing Trump?
It's about time these guys wised up. -
majorsparkThese guys endorse Trump then go into hiding.

HitsRusit's all about making good choices..... here's one from Donald two tears ago....LOL

Now that the brown shirts have been successful in shutting down a political event I don't think there is much left to the imagination.friendfromlowry;1785993 wrote:Kinda scary what happens before one of his rallies. Imagine if he won the election. -

Ehhh, they're all losers. Same BLM, MoveOn.org, OWS protestors that don't know shit about the real world and think they are entitled to more than their ability.friendfromlowry;1785993 wrote:Kinda scary what happens before one of his rallies. Imagine if he won the election.
I'm not that surprised at what is happening after 8 years of Obama the great divider and jobs killer....I'm just surprised people are supporting Trump as their champion.
What a year for the Libertarian party, or what could have been. This is how a third party emerges. I'm just not sure anyone advocating for a third party wanted Trump to lead that charge. -
HitsRus^^Spot on.... the people are so disgusted with both sides of the establishment, that third parties hijacked each of the existing parties. Don't forget that the Democrats have gone from being left, to being WAY left. Progressives and socialists (minor difference) are seizing the day and possibly the nomination, and have been so successful that Hillary Clinton can't run left fast enough.

gutI'm starting to empathize with supporting Trump as a giant "FU" to the liberal agenda and PC-fascists. I just don't think that's a movement/effort that should rise to the presidential campaign level.

I agree. I also wasn't happy with the other republican candidates insinuating Trump is ultimately to blame. One of the reason sthey are not at your rallies is because you are not the front runner. These people are political thugs. There is nothing "democratic" or "free speech" (just the opposite in fact) about what they are doing. Their goal is to shut people up they disagree with. Whether its PC or idiotic out bursts at given intervals designed to disrupt the rally its something a lot of people are sick of.gut;1786032 wrote:I'm starting to empathize with supporting Trump as a giant "FU" to the liberal agenda and PC-fascists.
